Il giorno dopo torno in farmacia e una delle ragazze mi dice che non me le può cambiare perché è impossibile che siano state toccate da loro perché loro controllano tutti i prodotti accusandomi di averle toccate io per vedere se il colore del prodotto combaciava con il colore della mia pelle, quando in realtà è anni che uso questo prodotto sempre della solita tonalità. Infine mi ha voluto fare un bonus, il quale io ho rifiutato perché volevo semplicemente che mi venissero incontro e mi cambiassero il prodotto ma ciò non è stato fatto. Peccato, non tornerò più! Arrivata lì (appuntamento per appena un'ora dopo la telefonata) mi hanno fatto compilare i fogli dei consensi e solo dopo mi hanno detto che non avrebbero eseguito il tampone perché non erano attrezzati per bimbi così piccoli, non essendoci un infermiere (?!) I booked a tampon by phone for a girl who I explained to be 2 years old. When I arrived there (appointment for just an hour after the phone call) they made me fill out the consent sheets and only later they told me that they would not perform the swab because they were not equipped for such small children, as there is no nurse (?!)
