R	Rosaria Scarpato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi .Ho chiamato e chiesto se da loro avessi trovato un prodotto che mi serviva con una certa urgenza perché non riuscivo a trovarlo in nessuna farmacia ,mi è stato risposto che il prodotto c era e non c era bisogno di metterlo da parte ne avevano tanti.Così vista l urgenza sono scesa alle 14.30 sotto un sole rovente temperature altissima mi sono recata da loro....e sorpresa non avevano il prodotto mi è stato risposto scusi ma avevamo folla al banco e quindi le abbiamo detto di SI .(sarebbe stato meglio dire di NO).complimenti ?‍♀️ I called and asked if I had found a product from them that I needed with some urgency because I could not find it in any pharmacy, I was told that the product was there and there was no need to put it aside they had many So given the urgency I went down at 2.30 pm under a hot sun, very high temperatures I went to them .... and surprise they didn't have the product I was replied sorry but we had a crowd at the counter and so we told her YES. Probabilmente nelle ore notturne conviene impiegare personale con meno esperienza Discreet, I was there 2 weeks ago due to my daughter having a very high fever, I caught a pharmacist who instead of giving him explanations to me, it was I who said things to him. Probably at night it is better to employ staff with less experience

C	Carlo Verde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atteggiamento scortese da parte dell'operatore stamattina alle 8:20......arrivato il mio turno, mi ha chiesto cosa dovevo prendere, poi mi ha piantato in asso, senza darmi spiegazioni ed è passato ad altro cliente...dopo le mie rimostranze, si è giustificato affermando che il cliente era andato in macchina ed era ritornato...ma questo non giustifica il fatto di avermi messo ad attendere senza darmi una motivazione. Rude attitude on the part of the operator this morning at 8:20 ...... my turn came, he asked me what to take, then he left me in the lurch, without giving me explanations and moved on to another customer ... later my grievances, he justified himself by stating that the customer had gone by car and returned ... but this does not justify the fact that he put me to wait without giving me a reason.

Il prezzo pagato è stato esorbitante!! 12.30€, mentre in altre Farmacie non è mai stato superiore a 10.50! Ma la vera sorpresa è stata una volta tornato a casa, mi è stato consegnata la confezione da 24 e non da 36 che avevo richiesto!! Assurdo..... This morning, returning from the night shift, I rang the doctor on duty asking for a 36-tablet pack of Moment. The price paid was exorbitant !! € 12.30, while in other pharmacies it has never been higher than 10.50! But the real surprise was once I got home, I was given the pack of 24 and not the 36 that I had requested !! Absurd.....
