Il servizio di noleggio invece offre purtroppo un servizio altalenante. Ci siamo recati tre volte in due negozi punti vendita diversi e ci siamo trovati molto bene due volte su tre. L’ultima purtroppo, chi pensiamo fosse un venditore senior oppure un manager del noleggio, ha trattato molto male uno dei giovani addetti alle vendite, risultando anche scortese con noi e purtroppo poco professionale. Ci è davvero molto dispiaciuto per il giovane ragazzo. The ski school is really well organized especially for the little ones with very good, friendly and patient instructors. The rental service on the other hand unfortunately offers a fluctuating service. We went three times to two different outlets and we had a great time twice out of three. Unfortunately, the last one, who we think was a senior salesman or a rental manager, treated one of the young sales people very badly, also being rude to us and unfortunately unprofessional. We are really very sorry for the young boy.

T	Tim Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here because we had put the children in ski school which owns it and there was a 10% discount (for kids only). Due to lack of availability we were forced to hire the most expensive skis (690 euro for 6 days for 4 people!). When we returned after the first day to leave our equipment for the night they informed us that a ski ‘deposit’ (locker) would be an extra 80 EUROS. This was the first time a ski hire had ever asked us to pay to leave with them the skis they have in their shop. Madness. ‘Every ski hire does this in the valley’ we were told. I walked to the next place down the road and they said they don’t charge. So we cancelled our contract (without problems and they did not make us pay the first day to be fair) and went to the other place. I suggest to all skiers - refuse to pay for these ludicrous made up charges if you encounter them here or elsewhere. Viva la rivolucion.
