Sicuramente rifaremo questa esperienza presso il Noleggio Reina, consigliatissimo! Super friendly and helpful staff, strategic location of the rental to go to the islands, a dinghy a little dated but in perfect condition, we had a really good time! We will certainly do this experience again at the Noleggio Reina, highly recommended!

Ho chiesto il rimborso di 50 euro a due giorni dall'uscita (E NON LA MATTINA STESSA, come scrive nel commento il titolare) per motivi di salute (di questi tempi mi sembrava coscienzioso evitare) e mi è stato risposto che "non è un problema loro ma mio". Tra l altro martedì il tempo era bruttissimo e pericoloso.. Ma a loro non importa che non abbiamo esperienza.. Ci avrebbero mandato fino a Favignana (circa 10 miglia di mare aperto) senza avvisarci dei pericoli (cosa che per fortuna ha fatto un altra persona, per caso proprio). Che dire, in questo modo puoi lavorare solo con il turista che, oltre a non tornare più, farà una propaganda negativa con amici e parenti. Importa solo il soldo poi il resto non esiste. Pessima gestione, ma soprattutto pessimo modo di lavorare. Se non hai esperienza col gommone, stai alla larga da questo tipo di noleggiatori. Only the money counts. Rude and arrogant staff. s	stefania Iovino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vale neanche mezza stella, personale arrogante, sono dei veri e propri rapinatori, purtroppo per noi è stata una bruttissima esperienza, abbiamo prenotato e bloccato dando un acconto di €50, il mare stamani era molto mosso e nonostante ciò ci hanno fatto pagare e partire anche se sapevano che saremmo tornati subito data la giornata agitata e ventilata, dopo 5 minuti che abbiamo preso il gommone siamo ritornati e abbiamo richiesto anche se in minimo il rimborso ma ciò non è stato possibile perché hanno inferito contro di noi dicendo che ci avevano detto che il mare era così, cosa assolutamente non vera. I proprietari sono dei veri e proprio incoscienti e per loro l unica cosa che vale SONO I SOLDI per il resto siamo solo banconote. Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare un noleggio da loro, mai visto persone così mi permetto di dire "SQUALLIDE". Il gommone che ci è stato fornito aveva un bel pò di problemi che non potevano che essere rilevati solo utilizzando il gommone per qualche ora (scaletta rotta, tendalino distrutto, sterzo che pericolosamente tende a destra da solo). Al rientro abbiamo fatto presente le problematiche ma ci hanno risposto con scuse varie e che nessuno si era mai lamentato. Oltre al fatto che ci è stato ribadito che saremmo potuti tornare indietro. Mi dite come si fa ad arrivare a favignana e pensare di poter tornare indietro a prendere un altro gommone? Perdi mezza giornata! Noi abbiamo anche telefonato per comunicare queste cose ma ci è stato detto solo che gli dispiaceva non che ci avrebbero rimborsato. Lo dicono solo a posteriori perché è l unica scusa che hanno! Se fossero veramente dispiaciuti non chiederebbero almeno i soldi del carburante. Per cui se prenotate presso di loro verificate prima che funzioni tutto anche perché per non vale i 200 euro minimi che chiedono! (Edit post commento del proprietario) Not very pleasant experience. Ho contattato diverse volte il proprietario per chiedere informazioni in merito alle condizioni meteo dato che volevamo una gita di piacere, relax e divertimento e non una disavventura, soprattutto perché saremmo stati 12 persone di cui 4 bambini, il proprietario ci ha rassicurati che in caso di mare mosso ci avrebbe rimborsato l'acconto di 100€ (50€ a gommone). Il giorno 17 mattina arrivato in banchina alle ore 9:00 il proprietario ha FIN DA SUBITO chiesto la nostra esperienza di guida date le condizioni del mare poco piacevoli, ed ha ovviamente sottolineato quelli che sono gli accordi da contratto, DA SIGNORE è stato piu volte a sottolineare le condizioni del mare, invitandoci a riflettere senza essere avventurosi ed impulsivi e senza problemi ha sottolineato che ci avrebbe rimborsato l'acconto per intero senza problemi. Per coscienza e senso di responsabilità abbiamo deciso di evitare quella giornata di mare ed il proprietario ci ha immediatamente restituito i 100€ di acconto. Successivamente ho prenotato 1 gommone per il giorno 23 agosto, e questa volta grazie alle fantastiche condizioni del mare ho trascorso una giornata mozzafiato a Favignana e Levanzo in sei persone sopra un gommone SELVA 5,60m, dotato di motore 40cv YAMAHA. Gommone dotato: -tendalino -doccetta con serbatoio di acqua dolce -vani per borsoni Gommone non dotato: - stereo Consiglio a tutti. Fantastic experience !!!
