Sono solita noleggiare la bici e non mi sono mai trovata male PRIMA DI QUESTA VOLTA.!!!
Ho prenotato una bici con un giorno di anticipo, quando sono arrivata (da Roma) le bici erano terminate. Dopo aver atteso un'ora, con un gruppo di altre persone che mi attendevano, mi hanno dato una bici di un cliente (!!!!). Come siamo partiti sono dovuta tornare indietro perchè un pedale era non fissato. Ho atteso ancora 15 min che lo riparassero. Ripartita, dopo mezz'ora il problema si è ripresentato. Fortunatamente una persona del mio gruppo aveva uno strumento per poter stringere il pedale ma ogni 15 minuti mi dovevo fermare per ripetere l'operazione. Alle 15,00 ho preferito riportare indietro la bici.
Ho raccontato dell'accaduto e facevano finta di niente. Hanno ovviamente voluto il pagamento del noleggio!!! VERGOGNOSO!!!!!!
BAD EXPERIENCE
I usually rent a bike and I have never felt bad BEFORE THIS TIME. !!!
I booked a bike a day in advance, when I arrived (from Rome) the bikes were finished. After waiting an hour, with a group of other people waiting for me, they gave me a customer's bike (!!!!). As we started I had to go back because a pedal was not fixed. I waited another 15 minutes for it to be fixed. Once again, after half an hour the problem returned. Fortunately, a person in my group had a tool to be able to tighten the pedal but every 15 minutes I had to stop to repeat the operation. At 15.00 I preferred to bring the bike back.
I told about what had happened and they pretended nothing happened. They obviously wanted to pay for the rental !!! SHAMEFUL!!!!!!
