Grazie, invece, alle soluzioni innovative di intervento che mi ha consigliato la Edilarc sono riuscito, con mia grande soddisfazione, ad eliminare il problema una volta per tutte. Mi hanno proposto tre soluzioni e dopo averne scelta una si sono occupati sia dei lavori che del riaccatastamento. Veriano. Dopo attento sopralluogo con strumentazione termica e misurazioni, abbiamo accettato il preventivo. Il lavoro è durato nei tempi previsti. La ditta è stata molto professionale a partire dal titolare, all'architetto e ai vari operai. Il rapporto si è basato da subito sulla reciproca fiducia. Lavoro di qualità. Siamo molto soddisfatti. Tutto fatto con apertura CILA e fatture. La nostra ditta anche per il futuro! Consigliata!!! Dopo anni di esperienze non sempre positive abbiamo deciso di scegliere la competenza e la professionalità della ditta Edilarc gestita da un architetto che ci ha seguito passo passo dall'ideazione del progetto, all'acquisto dei materiali fino alla loro messa in posa ( facendoci anche risparmiare ) e dal geometra che ne ha curato i lavori e che con la sua presenza giornaliera ha diretto varie squadre di operai ( di grande professionalità ) vigilandone costantemente l'operato e finendo i lavori nei tempi concordati. Oltre al bagno padronale ,da rifare interamente, avevamo dei problemi di infiltrazione che hanno fatto desistere, in passato, più ditte e che invece sono stati brillantemente risolti dopo un attento studio della problematica. Edilarch ha provveduto anche a tutti gli obblighi per la detrazione fiscale e all'emissione dei certificati di conformità come da legislazione vigente. Insomma grande professionalità e competenza in una squadra di professionisti a 360 gradi. Restructuring a home is certainly a good time but at the same time full of problems and anger.
