Consiglio di provare anche a chi pratica discipline diverse al fine di completare lo sviluppo della concentrazione oltre che la forma delle singole tecniche. I attended this from 2001 to 2006 and then stopped and started again in 2020, so I can say that it was and remains an authentic karate dojo, in style and substance, the attention that the masters give to each individual student is tailored. I recommend to try also to those who practice different disciplines in order to complete the development of concentration as well as the form of the individual techniques.
