Invece io ero in fila vicino alla porta quando è arrivato questo impiegato scortese che mi ha detto 'c'è tutto il negozio togliti davanti la porta.' (Io ero a metro e mezzo della porta giusto per lasciare spazio). Molto di imparare per gestire con i clienti.
If it weren't for an employee it would be 5 stars. Whoever gave me the key pairs was very kind and professional. Instead I was standing in line by the door when this rude employee came and said 'the whole shop is there, get out of front of the door.' (I was a meter and a half from the door just to make room). A lot to learn to manage with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato da loro un paio di volte a duplicare delle chiavi speciali e il servizio è sempre stato immediato e a buon prezzo. Nel negozio a fianco sempre loro, c'è anche un allestimento di casseforti di diversi tipi.

Non si comprende come possa un punto storico e di riferimento come Resmini lasciare questa persona assolutamente inadeguata a contatto con i clienti. Mi sono rivolto ad un altro negozio e mi hanno risolto il problema con gentilezza e professionalità.
The guy who duplicates the keys very helpful and polite. Extremely rude lock gentleman. I have been a customer for many years and I will never set foot in it again. It is not clear how a historical and reference point like Resmini can leave this person absolutely inadequate in contact with customers. I went to another shop and they solved the problem with kindness and professionalism.
