Non consegnano quasi mai e se lo fanno fanno dei disastri!
Una volta mi hanno lasciato dei biglietti di un concerto del valore di 100 euro l'uno nella cassetta della posta dell'indirizzo indicato (una ditta), senza neanche citofonare quando era invece richiesta la firma! E nell'orario indicato dal tracking c'era sicuramente qualcuno dentro. Ce ne siamo accorti per caso, li poteva rubare chiunque, tanto loro erano a posto, nel tracking avevano messo "consegnato"!!
Stamattina, ennesima consegna fittizia, alle 7.40 indicano "in consegna", dopo neanche un'ora "indirizzo errato". Sì certo, la mia ditta è un ologramma.
Cambiano sede del magazzino pacchi ogni 2 mesi (probabilmente non pagheranno l'affitto), ed è un parto riuscire a scoprire dove sono perché le sedi sono sempre anonime, o con un cartello "Nexive" scritto a mano!!! Con furgoni anonimi fuori, ammaccati o mezzi distrutti. Ma come siete messi?? Ma chiudete, almeno non fate più danni ai clienti!
Comunque per aiutare gli utenti, Al momento il magazzino dove andare a ritirare i vostri pacchi che non vi consegneranno mai è in via Degola 4, attenzione perché è difficile identificarli dato che c'è solo un foglio A4 sul muro, lontano dalla strada, stampato in bianco e nero con il logo nexive. Davanti c'è un piazzale e loro sono dentro un capannone.

They change the location of the parcel warehouse every 2 months (they probably won't pay the rent), and it's a birth to be able to find out where they are because the offices are always anonymous, or with a handwritten "Nexive" sign !!! With anonymous vans outside, bruised or vehicles destroyed. But how are you? But close, at least you don't do any more damage to customers!
However, to help users, at the moment the warehouse where you can pick up your parcels that will never deliver is in Via Degola 4, be careful because it is difficult to identify them since there is only one A4 sheet on the wall, far from the road, printed in black and white with the nexive logo. In front there is a large square and they are inside a shed.

Non conoscevo prima nexive, ma comprando on-line il mio pacco è stato affidato a loro, è arrivato il 17, sono dovuta andare a ritirarlo in magazzino altrimenti forse non l'avrei più visto. Una volta arrivata lì hanno pure fatto fatica a trovare il mio pacco in mezzo a tanti altri e mentre cercavano buttavano i pacchi così sparsi per terra. Esperienza pessima, a mai più.
Per chi vuole andare a ritirare i pacchi in magazzino, la via è via degola 4, il magazzino è accanto all'insegna autofficina F.M.

Pacco in consegna dopo 2 giorni dall’acquisto ed ancora dopo 2 settimane non si sa dove è .
Il venditore ha rimesso l’oggetto in consegna in quanto classificato in giacenza .Non hanno lasciato un tagliando di passaggio...Spedizioniere inutile!!
Chiederò sempre chi sarà il corriere e quando mi sentirò dire Nexive ,annullerò gli ordini non so per le altre città ,ma, Reggio Emilia ne può fare a meno di certi incompetenti e menefreghisti!
Probabilmente lavorano a gratis e perciò fanno quello che vogliono anche se le spedizione vengono pagate bene e pure in anticipo

I will always ask who the courier will be and when I hear Nexive say it, I will cancel the orders I don't know for the other cities, but Reggio Emilia can do without certain incompetent and indifferent!
They probably work for free and therefore do what they want even if the shipping is paid well and well in advance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non credo di aver mai visto un agenzia di spedizione poco seria come questa! Non rispondono al telefono, ogni volta che ti presenti per spedire del materiale salta fuori che hai delle fatture sospese …. ma io dico chiamare prima e farlo presente no? Purtroppo può capitare che una fattura sfugga, ma questo dimostra che non hanno minimamente cura del cliente (si svegliano quando vogliono loro). Mai più!
I don't think I've ever seen a serious shipping agency like this! They do not answer the phone, every time you show up to send some material it turns out that you have suspended invoices…. but I say call first and make it present no? Unfortunately it may happen that an invoice escapes, but this shows that they have no customer care at all (they wake up when they want them). Never again!

Poste ha acquisito questa ditta privata che è peggio delle poste stesse. Evito di raccontare la trafila e le chiamate che ho dovuto fare x sapere il mio pacco dove fosse(non mi è stato mai consegnato nemmeno con avviso di giacenza), ma approdo in questo "tugurio", accolta da personale indisponible e maleducato che mi dice che la posta li ha sommersi di lavoro creando dei disservizi. Peccato che poco prima l'ufficio postale, con la solita gentilezza ed educazione latente, si lamentava del nuovo acquisto. Quando la toppa e peggio del buco. Ed il problema ricade su di noi!!!! Vergognosi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la seconda volta che mi arriva una raccomandata tramite Nexive, dicono di essere passati e non avermi trovato, balla fotonica!!! c'è scritto l'orario ed entrambe le volte io ero a casa, non hanno mai suonato, ti lasciano il biglietto così....poi mi tocca andare in sede a ritirarlo, che tra l'altro non mi è comodo, anche il servizio di scarico online non funziona!!!!

Arrivato in anticipo (viste le recensioni lette) per ritirare una raccomandata mi hanno ricevuto, anche se non era l'orario di lavoro, e hanno accontentato subito la mia richiesta.
