★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzano quasi tutti i corrieri, scelgono il corriere con il prezzo più basso e fanno pagare più del triplo rispetto a quanto ti farebbe pagare lo stesso corriere, in modo da avere loro costi bassi con il corriere e a noi invece il prezzo di una spedizione di un ottimo corriere. Non ti danno mezzo servizio in più, fanno tranelli per guadagnare più SOLDI. Se la spedizione non va a buon fine, anche se magari l errore é loro, ne approfittano subito chiedendo altri soldi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente poco affidabili . Ho chiesto esplicitamente di spedire con Fedex, che in un giorno consegna in America, e invece mi hanno spedito con DHL che ha una resa di 7 gg. su questa zona. Tra l altro a DHL sono abbonata e x questo avrei speso 10 euro in meno oltre ad essermi risparmiata la rottura di portargli la busta dato che ho anche il ritiro fisso.
La scusa dell'errore umano non mi pare accettabile quando lo chiedi esplicitamente e evidenzi in arancione, sul documento di prenotazione, che vuoi Fedex.
Comunque adesso il danno me lo becco io.
Lo sconsiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliati assolutamente, ci siamo fatti fare un preventivo per la spedizione di un considerevole numero di buste , il prezzo è stato confermato da loro per telefono e poi con ben due mail , dopo qualche giorno inspiegabilmente l’addetto alla preventivazione ci inoltra una mail con un aumento di ben 1 euro a spedizione palesando come motivazione un aumento improvviso delle tariffe! Un euro di aumento dall’ oggi al domani ? Scarsa professionalità e correttezza, ci affideremo alla concorrenza che è sicuramente più affidabile!

Ho chiamato per chiedere informazione in merito alla tracciatura di un pacco che mi risultava consegnato, ma non a me e chi mi ha risposto mi ha trattato Con aria di sufficienza. Quasi fossi una stupida. Al mio infastidirmi vista la sua risposta, e avendogli spiegato che stavo semplicemente cercando di ricostruire L accaduto, mi ha garbatamente riagganciato il telefono in faccia.
