Ho avuto una bruttissima esperienza per la semplice stampa di alcune foto da digitale: mi hanno smarrito una foto che mi serviva per fare un regalo e un'altra che era in bianco e nero l'hanno stampata verde/blu e sgranata dicendo che era colpa mia e del file. Non stampano le foto al momento ma si affidano a un service esterno.
Alla fine sono andato da un altro fotografo che per pochi centesimi mi ha stampato le foto in 10 minuti e quella in bianco e nero e venuta perfetta!
Capisco che ci possano essere dei problemi non dipendenti da loro ma essere presi in giro è proprio fastidioso.
Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the service is very expensive and not very efficient.
I had a very bad experience for the simple printing of some digital photos: I lost a photo that I needed to make a gift and another that was in black and white they printed it green / blue and grainy saying it was fault mine and file. They do not print photos at the moment but rely on an external service.
In the end I went to another photographer who for a few cents printed my photos in 10 minutes and the black and white one came perfect!
I understand that there may be problems that are not dependent on them, but being made fun of is really annoying.

Crazy two photocopies two euros, they won't see me anymore, today it's inconceivable, let alone the rest.

I turned to them for business cards, letterheads, personalized envelopes and I found everything very well done and of excellent quality. In addition, they rejuvenated my logo by improving it a lot. Highly recommended.
