★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza allo stato puro! Peggio di SDA! Non rispondono al telefono e mi toccherà andare a prendere il mio pacco da sola domani poiché non sono in grado di fare il loro lavoro! È una settimana che promettono la conseguenza e poi rimandano.. pessimi.
 Incompetence in its pure state! Worse than SDA! They don't answer the phone and I will have to go and get my package by myself tomorrow as I am unable to do their job! It's been a week that they promise the consequence and then postpone… bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per due volte mi è arrivato il messaggio di consegna ma il corriere non è proprio passato. Non rispondono mai al telefono. Nessuna affidabilità. Sconsigliato vivamente.
Twice I received the delivery message but the courier did not really go through. They never answer the phone. No reliability. Strongly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente. Se vi capita la sciagura di dover ricevere un pacco da questi incompetenti, rassegnatevi e organizzatevi per andare a ritirarlo di persona. A me è capitato che il genio del corriere non trovando il mio civico ha ritenuto opportuno inventarsi che l'indirizzo di consegna era inesistente. Forse è davvero il peggior servizio. Maledetti incompetenti meriterebbero di fallire e rimanere senza lavoro! Metto 1 stella perché è il minimo ma questi qua sono sotto zero.
To be avoided absolutely. If the misfortune of having to receive a package from these incompetents happens to you, resign yourself and arrange to go and collect it in person. It happened to me that the genius of the courier, not finding my address, found it appropriate to invent that the delivery address was non-existent. Maybe it really is the worst service. Damn incompetents deserve to fail and run out of work! I put 1 star because it is the minimum but these here are below zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono di consegnare e poi non vengono. Inviano messaggio che sono in consegna e poi alla fine ti scrivono che il pacco ritorna al mittente perché finiti tentativi di consegna. Peccato che non si sono mai degnati di venire e come ciliegina sulla torta al telefono non risponde nessuno nonostante vari e vari tentativi di chiamarli. Veramente un servizio a dir poco schifoso
They say to deliver and then they don't come. They send messages that they are in delivery and then at the end they write to you that the package returns to the sender because delivery attempts have ended. Too bad they never deigned to come and as icing on the cake, no one answers the phone despite various and various attempts to call them. Truly a lousy service to say the least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ritiro pacchi si trova nella zona industriale dietro ad un capannone che serve ad altre cose. Loro sono nascosti e non c'è nessuna insegna ben visibile. Il posto è senza nessuno e sembra quasi pericoloso proprio per l'assenza di personale e indicazioni di ogni tipo. Non hanno ufficio, ma sono all'interno di una specie di officina. Mi hanno perso una lettera. Rispondono al telefono da sedi diverse. E quelli della sede di Reggio, li vicini, con molta maleducazione mi hanno mandato in questo posto per consegnare il pacco. I tempi di spedizione invece sono lunghissimi e rischiate di perdere il pacco. Oltre al fatto che l'assistenza è assente e negligente.
The parcel collection is located in the industrial area behind a shed that is used for other things. They are hidden and there is no visible sign. The place is without anyone and it seems almost dangerous due to the absence of personnel and indications of any kind. They have no office, but they are inside a kind of workshop. I have lost a letter. They answer the phone from different locations. And those of the Reggio office, nearby, very rudely sent me to this place to deliver the package. Shipping times, on the other hand, are very long and you risk losing the package. In addition to the fact that assistance is absent and negligent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un esperienza pessima, non rispondono mai al telefono , vai da loro e si fingono poste italiane , addirittura non sapevano cosa fosse la nexive , non consegnano niente tanto sanno che prima o poi la gente andrà a prendersi il proprio pacco o raccomandata, sono una vergogna spero di vederli fallire .
A very bad experience, they never answer the phone, go to them and pretend they are Italian post offices, they even didn't know what nexive was, they don't deliver anything so much they know that sooner or later people will go to get their package or registered mail, they are a shame I hope to see them fail.
