La palestra è molto grande, pulita e non eccessivamente affollata, attrezzi nuovi e vari, personale competente e presente. We have resumed the activity for a few days coming from another structure. The gym is very large, clean and not overly crowded, new and various equipment, competent and present staff.

r	russo giuseppe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra grande è molto luminosa, abbastanza fornita per quanto riguarda le attrezzature un po' carente per la pesistica ( per i manubri dal 4 al 10 trovi anche due coppie per i più grandi solo una è quello da 32 kg è il peso massimo) adatta più al fitness che al bodybuilding. Personale in sala ce n'è in abbondanza, ma ti danno retta solo se li prendi come personal trainer altrimenti si fanno i fatti loro. Large gym is very bright, fairly well-stocked with regard to equipment a little lacking for weight lifting (for dumbbells from 4 to 10 you will also find two pairs for the older ones only one is the 32 kg one is the maximum weight) suitable more to fitness and bodybuilding. There is plenty of staff in the room, but they only listen to you if you take them as a personal trainer, otherwise they mind their own business.

Alla reception personale gentile ed accogliente, compreso l'angolo Bar, corsi molto allenanti. Very organized gym with very polite instructor staff, prepared and able to make you feel at ease in all circumstances. At the reception friendly and welcoming staff, including the bar corner, very training courses.
V	Van Kam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima palestra, con Sala attrezzi veramente grande e ricca di attrezzi, personale veramente cordiale. Tuttavia sono troppo cari: 70€/mese costa l'abbonamento mensile, troppo caro, troppo caro soprattutto per tutti quegli studenti che essendo fuori sede e in disagiata situazione economica non possono permettersi di spendere queste cifre stellari assurde. È vero si che in quei 70€ sono inclusi tutti i corsi della struttura. Tuttavia a mio avviso dovrebbero fare un prezzo molto più contenuto per chi vorrebbe fare solo sala attrezzi. RISPOSTA AD UN EVENTUALE "ma guarda che con l'abbonamento annuale/trimestrale/bimestrale pagheresti di meno!" Vorrei ricordare che a Pisa studiano e lavorano ragazzi che vanno e vengono da ogni dove del mondo, per cui la permanenza nella città non è costante durante l'anno. Pertanto secondo voi potrei mai fare un abbonamento annuale o comunque su un periodo prolungato? Non mi conviene! Così come non conviene assolutamente il prezzo singolo di ogni mese (molto ma molto più alto dei prezzi che si trovano da Roma in giù). Se per esempio io per motivi di studio/lavoro devo passare 2 mesi a Pisa, che faccio? Vado a fare l'abbonamento annuale? Assolutamente no! It is true that all the courses of the structure are included in those 70 €. However, in my opinion they should make a much lower price for those who would like to do only the tool room. ANSWER TO ANY POSSIBLE "but look at that with the annual / quarterly / bimonthly subscription you would pay less!" I would like to remind you that in Pisa students who come and go from all over the world study and work, so the stay in the city is not constant throughout the year. So do you think I could ever make an annual subscription or in any case over a prolonged period? It doesn't suit me! Just as the single price of each month is absolutely not convenient (much, much higher than the prices found from Rome downwards). For example, if for study / work reasons I have to spend 2 months in Pisa, what should I do? Do I go for the annual subscription? Absolutely not!
E	Elisa Cafazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo caro per non si sa bene quale motivo, nessuna possibilità di farsi pacchetti personalizzati, devi pagare per forza per tutto (sala pesi e corsi). Onestamente per mia esperienza vedo che non gli interessa molto del cliente, ne di fidelizzarlo né di tenerlo contento, i loro clienti di base li hanno già. Sono tornata dopo uno stop di due anni per via della pandemia approfittando di un offerta, ma mi sono pentita subito. Quando ho riportato indietro la tessera per riscuotere la mia cauzione non mi hanno nemmeno fatto mezza domanda sul perché... l'unica cosa che gli interessa è che paghi. Ahh quasi mi dimenticavo!! Fate attenzione agli orari dei corsi, perché oltretutto non aggiornano il sito con gli orari nuovi, quindi non fate il mio stesso errore e fate affidamento esclusivamente al foglio cartaceo che vi danno... ?? (Sì nel 2022 bisogna far affidamento al volantino di carta...) Per via di questo errore non sono mai riuscita a partecipare ai corsi che avrei voluto seguire nel mese che ho pagato - sì mi sono abbonata per un mese per nulla, ma questo è stato errore mio. Lascerei due stelle solo per il personale che è comunque cordiale, specialmente le ragazze al bancone. Per il resto trovo la gestione sia ridicola. Honestly from my experience I see that they do not care much about the customer, neither to retain them nor to keep them happy, their basic customers already have them. I returned after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic taking advantage of an offer, but I immediately regretted it. When I brought back my card to collect my deposit, they didn't even ask me half a question why ... the only thing they care about is that you pay. Ahh I almost forgot !! Pay attention to the timetables of the courses, because moreover they do not update the site with the new timetables, so do not make the same mistake as me and rely exclusively on the paper sheet they give you ... ?? (Yes in 2022 you have to rely on the flyer of paper ...) Because of this error I never managed to take the courses I wanted to take in the month I paid for - yes I subscribed for a month for nothing, but that was my mistake. I would give two stars only for the staff who are nonetheless friendly, especially the girls at the counter. For the rest I find the management to be ridiculous.
