★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completa ma gli istruttori non dedicano la giusta attenzione ai ragazzi new entry nel mondo della palestra... istruttori falsi che cercano con frasi del tipo "stai migliorando" ( quando ti hanno visto tipo mezza volta in due volte mesi) per assicurarsi il cliente
Complete but the instructors don't pay proper attention to the guys new to the gym world ... fake instructors looking for phrases like "you're getting better" (when they've seen you like half a time in twice months) to secure the client

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto grande, frequentata ma molto tranquilla, fornita di praticamente tutti gli attrezzi e macchinari possibili. Personale cortese e presente. Ampi orari di apertura e spesa giusta. Esperienza molto positiva.
Very large gym, popular but very quiet, equipped with practically all possible tools and machinery. Courteous and present staff. Wide opening hours and the right shopping. Very positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They kind of have everything you need for weight trainig and cardio, but it's definitely not diverse. If you are a begginner you might have a hard time doing what you would like. If you are advanced, well, the heaviest dumbell is 35kg. Often very crowded, machines are very crammed. Far from a nice gym, but probably the best in Pisa for weight training.
