Ho scritto una mail alla quale hanno risposto che avrebbero spedito il prodotto nei prossimi giorni ma ancora nulla. Penso che chiederò il rimborso e se avrò problemi informerò la polizia postale. Ho pagato con Paypal aprirò una contestazione. Da evitare assolutamente. Made a purchase more than 2 weeks ago but still no product. I wrote an email to which they replied that they would send the product in the next few days but still nothing. I think I will ask for a refund and if I have any problems I will inform the postal police. I paid with Paypal I will open a dispute. To absolutely avoid.

Una cosa è certa, se non ho riscontro entro domani interesserò la Polizia Postale. Mi hanno mandato un prodotto diverso da quello ordinato ho scritto mail e non rispondono chiamo e il telefono suona a vuoto. Pessima esperienza non comprerò mai più sure if i had read these reviews before i would not have bought. They sent me a different product than the one ordered. I wrote an email and they don't answer I call and the phone rings empty. Bad experience will never buy again

Mai avuta un'esperienza del genere negli acquisti online. Aspetto ancora qualche giorno prima di far valere i miei diritti nelle sedi appropriate. Order placed on November 26, to date no response. EVITATELI COME LA PESTE anche perché non rispondono alle mail, alle telefonate, ai messaggi. STATENE ALLA LARGA A gang of thugs, DO NOT BUY HERE. Ho effettuato un ordine il 21/09/2021 e al 5/10/2021 non è ancora arrivato, scrivendomi anche che il pacco è stato spedito e dato incarico a GLS quando invece il pacco non è mai partito. Ho chiesto il rimborso del pagamento circa 81 euro e non si sono degnati di rispondere. Sono dei ladri e approfittano di persone malate. D	Daniele Vitale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggo varie pessime critiche sia su Google che su TrustPilot circa AZFarma/Pharmaval: spedizioni in ritardo, parziali, pessima customer care, etc. Sarà che ho avuto fortuna, però a me l'ordine è arrivato completo e nel giro di soli due giorni tramite BRT (notifica spedizione: 2 nov 2021; consegna: 4 nov 2021). Prodotti integri, date di scadenza molto lunghe, quindi assolutamente perfetto. Non ho avuto modo di testare la comunicazione. ps. in casi del genere, comunque, sempre bene pagare via PayPal, per risolvere eventuali dispute. I read various bad criticisms both on Google and on TrustPilot about AZFarma / Pharmaval: late, partial shipments, bad customer care, etc. Maybe I was lucky, but the order arrived complete and within just two days via BRT (shipping notification: 2 Nov 2021; delivery: 4 Nov 2021). Intact products, very long expiration dates, therefore absolutely perfect. I haven't had a chance to test the communication. ps. in such cases, however, it is always good to pay via PayPal, to resolve any disputes.
