Solo così si sono convinti, dopo 15 giorni dal mio pagamento (vedi recensione sotto). STATE ALLA LARGA DA SIFFATTI VENDITORI. SONO MALEDUCATI (mai hanno risposto al telefono; né tanto meno hanno scritto un msg di finte scuse o spiegazioni) E INCAPACI (non comunicano il nome del corriere né il codice della tracciatura). MAI PIÙ RAPPORTI CON GENTE SIMILE! Recensione del 30 agosto, ore 13:00 Ordine di 85 euro del 16 agosto. Dopo decine di telefonate, mail, WhatsApp senza risposta, il 30 (seguendo il suggerimento delle Autorità) ho mandato loro un ultimatum: entro il 2 settembre voglio la restituzione del denaro. Poi nel pomeriggio ho mandato in negozio un parente che abita da quelle parti, al quale hanno raccontato le solite frottole che leggo tra le recensioni. Fra tre giorni andrò a sporgere denuncia presso la Polizia postale. Invito quanti hanno patito la stessa situazione a fare come me: prima l'invio di un "ultimatum" e poi la denuncia. Scorrettamente, anche se dovrei utilizzare un altro aggettivo, mi hanno comunicato settimana scorsa che avrebbero spedito la merce, ma non ho né ricevuto la merce né il numero di tracking del corriere che attestasse l'avvenuta spedizione. Provvederò a fare segnalazione alla Polizia Postale. Stay away from this shop / site. I made a purchase over 20 days ago and still no trace. Rimborsato immediatamente per la differenza, anche se avrei preferito che parlassero con me prima di prendere autonome decisioni. Ho ordinato dei farmaci il giorno 12 settembre Il giorno 15 settembre chiedo notizie della spedizione al supporto cliente e mi rispondono che "l'ordine è stato evaso". Siamo al 27 settembre e non ho ricevuto nulla!! Compro regolarmente su internet farmaci da altri siti e non ho mai avuto nessun problema. Spero non sia una truffa perché il mio ordine ammonta a 80 euro. Il mio consiglio è di acquistare altrove. Seriousness equal to ZERO !!! Attendo il rimborso da 3 settimane. Per info solo wa ed email. Terrible. The products are cheap but the service is bad. Without notice I have not received 2 items that I ordered and paid for. I have been waiting for the refund for 3 weeks. For info only wa and email.

Ricevo la scatola, e su 6 prodotti, uno è diverso da quello ordinato e l'altro ha la scatola rotta e la scadenza dopo 5 mesi, quando in farmacia vendono lo stesso prodotto con scadenza almeno di 18 mesi. Hanno provato a propormi un buono per un futuro ordine. Peccato che con me hanno chiuso. Per fortuna c'è Pay Pal che è un azienda seria e li bacchetta. Bad company. I ordered drugs, to get free shipping I had to load up with products that I did NOT need immediately. I receive the box, and out of 6 products, one is different from the one ordered and the other has a broken box and the expiry date after 5 months, when in the pharmacy they sell the same product with an expiry date of at least 18 months. They tried to offer me a voucher for a future order. Too bad they are done with me. Luckily there is Pay Pal which is a serious company and they stick with them.

Ho dovuto attendere altri 21 giorni per ricevere il bonifico della differenza pagata dopo aver scritto diverse mail e whatsapp. Mi dispiace ma non comprerò mai più. Bad experience. Great prices, but non-existent service. I waited 10 days before receiving the goods. Unfortunately, the shipment was partial. I had to wait another 21 days to receive the transfer of the difference paid after writing several emails and whatsapp. I'm sorry but I will never buy again.
