Ma ancora non rendo bene l'idea. Quello che rende magica questa palestra è che sanno motivarti, ti fanno sudare e divertire, ti aiutano a raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi, ti ascoltano. Empatia e simpatia nel senso più pieno dei termini. Emanuele è l'anima della palestra, e il suo stile si riconosce nel modo di lavorare di tutti Empathy, sympathy, magic. Professionalism and competence on the part of everyone, each in their own sector (personal trainers, staff, instructors). But I still don't give a good idea. What makes this gym magical is that they know how to motivate you, they make you sweat and have fun, they help you reach your goals, they listen to you. Empathy and sympathy in the fullest sense of the terms. Emanuele is the soul of the gym, and his style is recognized in everyone's way of working

Per me iniziare insieme a lui è stato affrontare una sfida con me stessa. Ho imparato a capire fino a dove mi sarei potuta spingere e quali risultati avrei potuto ottenere, per stare meglio. Ho capito che il mio fisico poteva rafforzarsi lavorando insieme alla mia mente. Ho imparato ad ascoltarmi, ad amarmi, a piacermi. Ho imparato una forma mentis per ritrovarmi in armonia con me stessa. Grazie! Inoltre hanno un calendario corsi bomba!!! Sono riusciti a far appassionare anche mia sorella che di palestra non ne ha mai voluto sentir parlare!! Per concludere: Staff eccezionale...sempre accolta col sorriso e grandissima gentilezza. Simply an oasis of well-being and serenity! I went to Emanuele in a (no) moment of my life. For me, starting with him was facing a challenge with myself. I learned to understand how far I could go and what results I could get, to get better. I realized that my body could be strengthened by working together with my mind. I learned to listen to myself, to love myself, to like me. I learned a mindset to find myself in harmony with myself. Thank you! Plus they have a bombshell course calendar !!! They managed to make my sister passionate too, who never wanted to hear about the gym !! To conclude: Exceptional staff ... always greeted with a smile and great kindness.

Migliora l’offerta con la recente disponibilita’ dei nuovi orari del primo mattino che facilitano la programmazione dell’attività’ lavorativa...senza la scusa del poco tempo a disposizione! Ambiente pulito con spogliatoi sempre in ordine. The gym offers various possibilities for personal and group training. Ci sono corsi di ogni tipo ed un'attività di Personal Trainer seguita da professionisti sera qualificati !!!! Ho regalato per il compleanno l'annuale a mia moglie che era una pigrona: ora si allena 4 volte a settimana ed e' entusiasta di condividere con me questi momenti...super! PS. La pulizia e' impeccabile (cosa non da poco) ;) I have always attended this gym which has grown and changed together with the professionalism and seriousness of the owner and instructor Emanuele !!! There are courses of all kinds and a Personal Trainer activity followed by qualified evening professionals !!!! I gave the annual to my wife who was a lazy one for her birthday: now she trains 4 times a week and is excited to share these moments with me ... super! PS. The cleanliness is impeccable (which is no small feat);)

Dal mio punto di vista servirebbe qualcosa in più per il powerlifting ma probabile non c'è molta richiesta.. comunque la consiglio! I personal tutti gentili pronti ad aiutarti Ottima attenzione riguardo alle normative anticovid! Nelle ore di punta c'è molta gente (troppa per i miei gusti!) Good gym, everything you need for a person who trains in the true sense of the word! From my point of view something more would be needed for powerlifting but there is probably not much demand .. anyway I recommend it! The personal all kind ready to help you Excellent attention regarding the anticovid regulations! During rush hour there are a lot of people (too many for my taste!)
