★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indecoroso il fatto che non abbiano dato la possibilità alle persone di disdire i contratti a causa dell'obbligo di green pass,facendo ricadere su l'utenza le responsabilità di una scelta del governo che ha modificato le condizioni iniziali del contratto.Per quanto riguarda la palestra i locali di via Puintat solo malandati,sopratutto la zona doccia che è stata più volte ristrutturata a causa della muffa.Per ovviare a questo problema i bocchettoni dell'aria sono sempre accesi,ma purtroppo con un getto d'aria fredda.Per concludere,a parte Cristian,il personale è tiraiolo e maleducato.

Ho dato regolare disdetta per ben tre volte sia via pec sia via raccomandata nel corso nel 2021 chiedendo anche il rimborso dei mesi pagati a vuoto causa pandemia. Nulla, anche dopo due chiamate al servizio clienti e fatto presente il fatto, continuano ad arrivare mail di solleciti di pagamenti con tanto di interessi di mora ecc..
Se continuano così mi rivolgerò ad un avvocato e oltre al rimborso verranno chiesti loro anche le spese e il danno morale.
Una vergogna! Sconsiglio fortemente di impegolarsi con loro per avere poi un servizio di bassa qualità.
