★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagare un lavoro di 5,5 ore per aprire un motore Xmax250 e richiuderlo (senza rimontare al suo interno i pezzi smontati), mi sembra veramente eccessivo. Eccessivo anche il preventivo per la riparazione del motore. Altrove - sempre officina autorizzata Yamaha - ho risparmiato il 75%.
Paying 5.5 hours of work to open an Xmax250 engine and close it (without reassembling the disassembled parts inside it), seems to me really excessive. The estimate for the repair of the engine was also excessive. Elsewhere - always an authorized Yamaha workshop - I saved 75%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato questo concessionario in quanto avevo un problema con un casco Shark acquistato online più di un anno fa. Hanno preso in carico la spedizione presso i tecnici Shark e fatto passare la riparazione in totale garanzia. Questo per un casco usato a lungo e non acquistato da loro, per cui non erano nemmeno tenuti a prendersi questa responsabilità.
Nel far questo sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, in particolare Annalisa. Stracontento di essermi rivolto a loro!
Quando valuterò l'acquisto di abbigliamento tecnico (di cui sono fornitissimi) o di una nuova moto, passerò sicuramente prima da loro.
I contacted this dealer as I had a problem with a Shark helmet I bought online over a year ago. They took charge of the shipment from the Shark technicians and made the repair under full warranty. This is for a helmet that has been used for a long time and was not purchased by them, so they were not even obliged to take this responsibility.
In doing this they were very kind and very helpful, in particular Annalisa. Glad I turned to them!
When I evaluate the purchase of technical clothing (of which they are well stocked) or a new bike, I will certainly go to them first.

Francesco che ringrazio particolarmente per la sua professionalità e cortesia. Mi hanno consegnato la moto in tempi record e di questo ringrazio la signora Patrizia.
Gentile anche la ragazza (di cui non ricordo il nome) che ha seguito la mia ragazza nella scelta di una giacca moto.
Che dire... mi sono trovato benissimo con tutto lo staff, mi hanno ispirato fiducia fin da subito nonostante non conoscessi nessuno di loro.
I just bought a Yamaha Tracer 7 Tech Kamo from this dealership. I was followed in the purchase phase by Mr. Francesco whom I particularly thank for his professionalism and courtesy. They delivered the bike to me in record time and I thank Mrs. Patrizia for this.
Also kind to the girl (whose name I don't remember) who followed my girlfriend in choosing a motorcycle jacket.
What can I say ... I had a great time with all the staff, they inspired me with confidence right from the start even though I didn't know any of them.

Posso affermare che si tratta della migliore esperienza di acquisto che mi sia capitata fino ad ora!
Personale disponibile durante la visita in concessionario, con il quale ho poi avuto la possibilità di eseguire tutto "l'atto di vendita" via e-mail in soli dieci minuti e dopo due gg la moto era già immatricolata.
Rapidità, cordialità e.. Zero attese!
Consiglio a tutti, anche solo per un preventivo!
