Varietà di modelli e taglie abbastanza limitata. I prodotti venduti sono senza dubbio di qualità, ma i prezzi sono un filo eccessivi. Accoglienza e assistenza al cliente buoni. M	Miriam Belnome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due abiti a distanza di 2 anni, la prima volta le riparazioni sartoriali sono state eseguite in maniera grossolana e poco curata costringendomi a pagare una seconda riparazione da una sarta di fiducia su un abito da cerimonia, la seconda e più recente, sull'acquisto di un abito da sposa son stata trattata in maniera frettolosa e al momento del ritiro non mi è stato fatto presente di alcuni difetti che esso riportava, accorgendomene a casa. Durante la chiamata per far presente ai signori che avevo riscontrato tali problemi, la risposta è stata:"è un vestito di prezzo outlet signora". Inutile raccontare il seguito. Mai più e auguro alle altre spose di avere un trattamento migliore ed un budget che possa soddisfare le esigenze del proprietario e dei suoi venditori. La commessa che ci ha servite è stata scortese e, a detta sua, senza che nessuno stabilisse un budget ha deciso che certi abiti fossero fuori dalla nostra portata. Successivamente ci era stata scritta una data per il ritiro, questo non è avvenuto nei tempi stabiliti(telefonicamente ci avevano assicurato che era tutto pronto)addirittura per la seconda data di consegna, nemmeno in tale giorno era pronto e nessuno si è degnato di avvisare. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare capi in questo negozio a causa di scortesia, poca professionalità e mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. Ovviamente l'abito l'ho pagato e ad oggi non ho nulla in mano a distanza di 5 giorni dal matrimonio. Bad experience, if I had the chance I would put zero stars. Urla, si rapporta con le colleghe in modo altezzoso, maleducato, irrascibile, a volte anche offensivo, soprattutto anche davanti ai clienti ed al microfono interno. Presente più volte di persona. Credo che chi ricopre quel ruolo e non solo, debba saperci fare sia con i propri colleghi che con la clientela. Sicuramente la signora fa una pessima figura.
