Proprietario simpatico e disponibile. Simple farmhouse with good value for money. Nestled in the hills of the hinterland of Finale, an excellent starting point for MTB. Friendly and helpful owner.
I	Ignazio “il brigante” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace lasciare una recensione così è parto dal fatto che mi sono sempre trovato bene per la competenza del personale, ma a volte anche la forma di come si dicono le cose conta! Il lavoro da eseguire è stato l’installazione di un antifurto di mia proprietà; appuntamento preso per il pomeriggio con la richiesta da parte dell’officina di portare il veicolo già al mattino. Lasciato la macchina alle 9 circa preventivo 140€; mi hanno chiamato alle 16 per il ritiro pagamento richiesto 210€ richieste spiegazioni. La risposta è stata che il lavoro è durato 6 ore e ci sono stati dei problemi con tono abbastanza scocciato! Poi mi hanno spiegato il tutto per bene per carità mi ripeto il personale è veramente tecnico e competente, ma non mi piace essere preso in giro....perché se stiamo a vedere le ore sono 5 e non 6 e poi se non sei in grado di fare un preventivo e rispettarlo non farlo e stai più sul generale indicando 35€/h per la manodopera. Di certo per prodotti diversi da quelli da loro trattati non ritornerò per il resto non posso aggiungere altro sono bravi in quel che fanno. Basta poco per essere impeccabili, sicuramente rivedrei il personale in segreteria! The work to be carried out was the installation of an anti-theft device owned by me; appointment made for the afternoon with the request from the workshop to bring the vehicle already in the morning. Left the car at about 9 am, estimate € 140; they called me at 16 for the withdrawal payment required 210 € for explanations. The answer was that the work took 6 hours and there were some problems with a rather annoyed tone! Then they explained everything to me well for charity I repeat to myself the staff are really technical and competent, but I don't like being made fun of .... because if we are to see the hours are 5 and not 6 and then if you are not in able to make a quote and respect it do not do it and you are more on the general side by indicating € 35 / h for labor. Certainly for products other than those they handle I will not return for the rest I can not add more they are good at what they do. It doesn't take much to be impeccable, surely I would see the staff in the secretariat again!
P	Pietroo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo szybka wymiana alternatora, części mieli na miejscu akcja trwała 2h i kierowca zdążył na rozładunek, polecam! :-) Very quick replacement of the alternator, the parts had on site, the action lasted 2 hours and the driver managed to unload, I recommend! :-)

Se non sapete trattare con i clienti cambiate lavoro perché mi dispiace ma i clienti sono importanti se volete tirare avanti la baracca. Cordiali saluti e “lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate” per quelli che vogliono provare quest’officina. They are really rude and don't know how to deal with customers. I do not recommend this workshop. If you don't know how to deal with customers, change jobs because I'm sorry but customers are important if you want to keep going. Sincerely and "leave all hope or you who enter" for those who want to try this workshop.

Terrò a mente quando si presenterà un altro guasto. Very efficient, kind and helpful people.
