Non abbiamo ricevuto alcun tipo di consulenza nella negoziazione con il venditore e, al rifiuto della nostra proposta d'acquisto, siamo stati trattati con sufficienza, ai limiti dell'offesa. Mentre è comprensibile il fallimento di una trattativa tra venditore e proponente, non è invece tollerabile l'atteggiamento mortificante e denigratorio da parte del mediatore. Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa.
Very high commission costs and poor mediation skills. We did not receive any kind of advice in negotiating with the seller and, when we refused our purchase proposal, we were treated sufficiently, bordering on offense. While the failure of a negotiation between the seller and the proposer is understandable, the mortifying and disparaging attitude on the part of the mediator is not tolerable. Unfortunately very bad experience.
