Anziché tante volte, non hanno raccolto gli importi che gli inquilini dovevano pagare. Mi hanno fatto capire che gli inquilini pagavano sempre e puntualamente. In vece, non era vero. Quando gli inquilini sono andati via, ho dovuto pagare tutto quello che mancava, incluso il riscaldamento! Questo e la verita e ho i documenti dal condominio che verifica tutto. Poi, Ripetto Agenzia ha preso i soldi (€1,200) dal mio conto senza una spiegazione e senza preavviso. Non utilizzare Repetto Agenzia a meno che non si desideri perdere denaro e essere ingannato. Ripetto must not be entrusted. I hired them to collect rent and expenses from tenants who had rented my apartment. Instead of many times, they did not collect the amounts that tenants had to pay. They made me understand that the tenants always paid on time. Instead, it was not true. When the tenants left, I had to pay for everything that was missing, including the heating! This is the truth and I have the documents from the condominium that checks everything. Then Ripetto Agenzia took the money (€ 1,200) from my account without an explanation and without notice. Do not use Repetto Agenzia unless you wish to lose money and be deceived.
