Arroganti al telefono e ad una mia semplice richiesta da ignorante in materia mi hanno risposto in malo modo e mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia. Sconsigliato assolutamente Truly a terrible experience. One call was enough for me to understand that they are not professional at all. La nostra domanda è di sapere se hanno un appartamento per 2 persone per un contratto di 2 anni, che sarà sicuramente cancellato con preavviso per processare e consegnare Cittadinanza. Our question is to know if they have an apartment for 2 people for a 2-year contract, which will surely be canceled with notice to process and deliver Citizenship. Anzi che aiutarvi a vivere un'esperienza piacevole e gratificante, come dovrebbe essere quella dell'acquisto di una casa, la rendono assolutamente stressante e misera. L'unica cosa che importa a questi Signori è il loro compenso. Non esiste correttezza, imparzialità ed educazione. Fate attenzione se non siete esperti in materia e pretendete prima un dettaglio del loro compenso e dei costi che dovrete sostenere durante tutta la mediazione. Il loro onorario non viene espresso a % sul valore d'acquisto ma a forfettario non giustificato. Da ultimo ma non meno importante l'educazione e il rispetto verso il cliente per queste persone non esistono, soprattutto a compenso pagato profumatamente. Vorrei solo far notare che per il solo fatto di aver preteso, a compenso pagato, dettagli e chiarimenti sulle spese sostenute, il Venditore, che mi era stato assegnato, non si è fatto problemi ad offendermi pubblicamente e a trattarmi con tutt'altro che professionalità. Per concludere alla richiesta di chiarimenti e scuse da parte della titolare dall'agenzia, non ho ancora ricevuto ora una risposta.
