Vengo contattata da loro poiché nel palazzo dove ho un monolocale ci sono alcuni appartamenti in vendita (come hanno avuto queste informazioni?Alla faccia della privacy...) e glielo mostro per affittarlo. La loro “l'esperta di affitti” dopo qualche settimana mi informa che ha trovato una persona SUPER-AFFIDABILE (parole sue) che conosce personalmente e me ne tesse le lodi senza rivelarmi il nome, che saprò solo il giorno della firma del contratto; mi sono fidata della sua esperienza e delle raccomandazioni sull'affidabilità di questa persona...purtroppo la sera stessa facendo una semplice ricerca su Google ho scoperto cose interessanti su questo individuo, al quale, se lo avessi saputo prima, NON avrei affittato nulla. Insolvente solo dopo pochi mesi, l'ho sfrattato (rimettendoci parecchi soldi) e mi ha lasciato l'alloggio in condizioni pessime.
Un consiglio: prima di procedere con la firma del contratto pretendete di sapere chi vi mettono in casa (è un vostro diritto) fate controlli, tutelatevi in qualche modo perché intanto l'agenzia una volta presa la loro parcella se ne frega, mi dice che gli dispiace tanto e mi ha proposto di trovare un altro inquilino gratis, ma vista la pessima esperienza ho rifiutato l'offerta (se quello più affidabile era così non immagino gli altri).
First and only disastrous experience with this agency. I am contacted by them because in the building where I have a studio there are some apartments for sale (how did they get this information? In the face of privacy ...) and I show it to them to rent it. After a few weeks, their "rental expert" informs me that she has found a SUPER-RELIABLE person (in her own words) who she knows personally and praises me without revealing my name, which I will only know on the day the contract is signed; I trusted his experience and the recommendations on the reliability of this person ... unfortunately the same evening by doing a simple Google search I discovered interesting things about this individual, to whom, if I had known before, I would NOT have rented anything. Insolvent only after a few months, I evicted him (losing a lot of money) and he left me the accommodation in bad condition.
A word of advice: before proceeding with the signing of the contract, pretend to know who they put in your house (it is your right) do checks, protect yourself in some way because in the meantime, once the agency has taken their parcel, it cares, it tells me that he is so sorry and he proposed to find another tenant for free, but given the bad experience I declined the offer (if the most reliable one was so I don't imagine the others).
