Surely the reference of the city as regards garden machines a lot of professionalism from the owner and a lot of competence also from all the mechanics. Better to prefer the days of the week because there is a lot of turnout on Saturdays

Mi sono recata presso di loro ieri pomeriggio, come da indicazioni ho suonato ed atteso il mio turno. Mi ha aperto un signore impegnato in una conversazione telefonica. Dopo avergli esposto il mio problema, ovvero che stavo cercando la testina di ricambio del tagliabordi che mi si era rotto, mi sento rispondere che devo rivolgermi a tecnoservice di casagrande in via milano(chiuso da quasi un mese e che si occupa solo di piccoli e grandi elettrodomestici).
Un po basita chiedo se vendono dei tagliabordi in quanto ero intenzionata ad acquistarne uno non potendo stare senza, il signore mi risponde :"si ma solo a batteria" e mi chiude la porta.
Ci rimango molto male e mi incammino verso casa un po basita.
Passando in viale giordano bruno vedo un rivenditore di materiale da giardino marca stil, un po sconsolata entro e vengo subito accolra da un Sig.re gentilissimo e preparato che mi spiega tutte le differenze dei vari modelli.
Morale: spendo circa 200 euro ed esco felicissima del mio acquisto.
Tornerò molto presto per altri acquisti e lo consiglierò a molte persone.
Non farò lo stesso per agri2000.
Bad experience!
I went to them yesterday afternoon, as indicated, I played and waited for my turn. A gentleman engaged in a telephone conversation opened up to me. After explaining my problem to him, that I was looking for the spare head of the edge cutter that had broken, I feel I have to turn to tecnoservice di casagrande in via milano (closed for almost a month and that deals only with children and large appliances).
A little appalled, I ask if they sell edgers because I was willing to buy one since I could not be without, the gentleman replied: "yes but only on battery power" and closes the door.
I feel very bad about it and I walk home a bit stunned.
Passing through viale giordano bruno I see a retailer of stil brand garden material, a little disconsolate within and I am immediately greeted by a very kind and prepared Mr. who explains all the differences of the various models.
Moral: I spend about 200 euros and go out very happy with my purchase.
I will be back very soon for other purchases and will recommend it to many people.
I won't do the same for agri2000.
