Andrea è stato molto disponibile a darci informazioni per noi neofiti, a consigliarci il mezzo giusto e ad avvisarci subito all'arrivo di un van da 540 giusto per noi prima che andasse "a ruba"! Da non sottovalutare l'assistenza e i consigli dati nel post-vendita. Siamo super soddisfatti del furgone e, non da meno, di averlo acquistato qui! ;) Unlike others, at Nordaffari we were treated as customers from day one when we entered this completely new world. Andrea was very willing to give us information for newcomers, to advise us the right vehicle and to tell us right away when a 540 van was right for us before it went "like hot cakes"! Post-sales assistance and advice should not be underestimated. We are super happy with the van and, not least, to have bought it here! ;)

Il primo camper (acquistato in un'altra concessionaria) non era stato una bellissima esperienza. Qui invece lo staff è composto da persone gentili, disponibili, sincere quando ti suggeriscono un mezzo adatto alle tue esigenze e soprattutto estremamente competenti, soprattutto Andrea. La qualità del mezzo acquistato non è delle migliori dal punto di vista della robustezza dei materiali ma loro, pur non avendone alcuna colpa, si fanno sempre in quattro per risolvere i problemi. Lo consigliamo sinceramente! We bought our second new motorhome at this dealership and are really happy we did. The first camper (bought at another dealership) hadn't been a great experience. Here, however, the staff is made up of kind, helpful, sincere people when they suggest a vehicle that suits your needs and above all extremely competent, especially Andrea. The quality of the vehicle purchased is not the best from the point of view of the robustness of the materials but they, even if they have no fault of it, always go out of their way to solve the problems. We sincerely recommend it!

Ecco la nostra storia: Consigliati molto molto bene da Andrea di Nord Affari lo scorso anno abbiamo acquistato il nostro primo Van un Concorde Compact del ‘98 un pò datato ma davvero accogliente , tenuto benissimo e studiato molto bene. Era la nostra prima esperienza e dovevamo farci le ossa.. Fatta questa piacevole esperienza e maturata l’idea di muoverci facendo le vacanze in Van siamo tornati da Nord Affari a distanza di un’anno con la consapevolezza del mezzo desiderato. Anche questa volta la squadra Nord Affari è stata davvero speciale, ci hanno trattato molto bene aiutandoci nella scelta e mostrandoci bene i vari mezzi usati in vendita.. sanno consigliare sinceramente senza quella smania di venditore accanito. La scelta è ricaduta su un bellissimo Possl for 6 da 6,36mt del 2011 fresco e super accessoriato. Al ritiro del mezzo ci hanno fatto una dimostrazione accurata di ogni sua parte e consegnato il nostro Van in uno stato a dire poco clinico. Le pratiche burocratiche le abbiamo sbrigate in modo agile tra e-mail e firme in loco alla consegna. Consiglio a tutti di fare un giro da loro e di tenere sempre sotto controllo il loro sito, vendono e ritirano mezzi in continuazione sono molto seri e affidabili. Buona esperienza anche a voi e grazie ancora ad Andrea e squadra!!! We are returning from our second purchase at Nord Affari. Delighted with the choice of vehicle and dealer! Here is our story: Recommended very very well by Andrea from Nord Affari, last year we bought our first Van, a 1998 Concorde Compact, a little dated but really welcoming, very well kept and very well studied. It was our first experience and we had to get to grips with it. Having made this pleasant experience and having developed the idea of moving on a holiday in a Van, we returned from North Business a year later with the awareness of the desired vehicle. Also this time the Nord Affari team was really special, they treated us very well helping us in the choice and showing us well the various used vehicles for sale .. they know how to sincerely advise without that obsession of an avid seller. The choice fell on a beautiful 6.36mt Possl for 6 from 2011, fresh and super-equipped. When the vehicle was picked up, they gave us an accurate demonstration of every part and delivered our Van in a state that is to say the least clinical. We have handled the paperwork in an agile way between e-mails and signatures on site upon delivery. I recommend everyone to take a tour of them and to always keep an eye on their site, they sell and withdraw vehicles all the time they are very serious and reliable. Ho montato anche antifurto mecklock e presto faro altri lavori nella loro officina. Questa è la mia prima esperienza ma essendo fulltimer la qualità del servizio fa la differenza! Grazie ancora Nuova Nordaffari e complimenti a tutto lo staff. I bought a Possl 2win Plus (used) at a very competitive price a few months ago and since then Andrea has always been extremely available for any request or curiosity. 5 stars you deserve. I also mounted mecklock alarms and will soon be doing other work in their workshop. This is my first experience but being fulltimer the quality of the service makes the difference! Scarsa professionalità e poca attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. P. S. In risposta al commento del venditore: Non ci era mai capitato, anche se passiamo tantissime ore alla guida, che si fulminassero 3 lampadine contemporaneamente: in concreto funzionavano solo le luci di posizione e l'abbagliante sinistro (gli anabbaglianti erano entrambi non funzionanti così come l'abbagliante destro). Di certo è un evento molto raro. Inoltre per ciò che attiene l'orario di consegna del mezzo, non ci risulta che le 15.00 (orario in cui lo abbiamo ritirato) sia un orario in cui il vostro negozio è chiuso. We bought a van that has an engine that luckily works well, but it was given to us without the lights working, putting at risk the volunteers who had to travel at night from Piedmont to the Marche to bring it home. Lack of professionalism and little attention to customer needs. PS In response to the seller's comment: It had never happened to us, even if we spend many hours driving, that 3 bulbs burned out at the same time: in practice only the sidelights and the left high beam worked (the low beams were both not working so such as the right high beam). It is certainly a very rare event. Furthermore, as regards the delivery time of the vehicle, we do not know that 15.00 (time when we collected it) is a time when your shop is closed.

R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo e lavoro a Roma e basterebbe dire solo che io e la mia compagna abbiamo percorso più di 700 km per andare a ritirare il nostro splendido Clever 540 da loro, ma aggiungo anche che quando siamo andati la prima volta per conoscerli ( in quell'occasione di km ne facemmo 1400) siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dal clima ospitale, dalla cortesia e dalla grande professionalità di tutto il team. Nonostante la distanza di separazione l'acquisto è andato a buon fine senza intoppi e il venditore, nel comunicare lo stato d'avanzamento della pratica, è sempre stato preciso e puntuale. Realizzare il sogno della vita acquistando un camper con l'aiuto di persone eccezionali, che ti consigliano al meglio facendoti risparmiare inutili orpelli, genera un'emozione indescrivibile. Grazie di cuore ragazzi, per noi siete i numeri uno! ??? They are an established family business and Andrea has been very helpful with great communication via email. The van was very nice and just as described and I am now planning my return trip in a weeks time to pickup. I am sure I will still feel the same after my 10 hour drive back to the UK!!! 5*****
