Nota davvero di merito per la colomba. Partiamo da una confezione elegante e poi si passa al gustosissimo dolce, con all'interno gocce di cioccolato e crema d'arancia. Una pasta soffice. Fantastica. Le paste sono ottime (i miei colleghi mi avranno chiesto tipo 100 volte dove le avessi prese ahah), e pure le brioche sono favolose. Sono ben forniti, infatti io sono arrivato per le 10 e pensavo di trovare nulla ma che dire...ho avuto l'imbarazzo della scelta. Insomma, unito al cortese servizio, the top! The best patisserie in the country and, in my opinion, one of the best around. The pastas are great (my colleagues will have asked me like 100 times where I got them haha), and the brioches are great too. They are well supplied, in fact I arrived at 10 and I thought I would find nothing but what to say ... I was spoiled for choice. In short, combined with the courteous service, the top!

Suggerirei qualche "aggiunta" per i clienti con esigenze particolari (bevande vegetali o qualche sperimentazione con l'integrale oltre la brioche con il miele). Personale gentile e paziente, controllo green pass, parcheggio comodo, locale luminoso. Ci si sente ben accolti e coccolati! It has always been an excellent artisan pastry shop - the best in the area. I would suggest some "additions" for customers with special needs (vegetable drinks or some experimentation with wholemeal as well as brioche with honey). Friendly and patient staff, green pass control, convenient parking, bright room. You feel welcome and pampered!
