★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si conoscono le origini ma è noto che fu ricostruita su una precedente cappella del XI secolo, forse dedicata al Santissimo Sacramento. Le sue caratteristiche distintive attuali come la sua forma ellittica, la copertura a cupola, gli ampi finestroni, che permettono un'illuminazione naturale, nonché il pregiato pavimento in maiolica con decorazione fitomorfa, risalgono ai restauri del ‘700.
The origins are unknown but it is known that it was rebuilt on a previous chapel of the eleventh century, perhaps dedicated to the Blessed Sacrament. Its current distinctive features such as its elliptical shape, the domed roof, the large windows, which allow natural lighting, as well as the precious majolica floor with phytomorphic decoration, date back to the eighteenth century restorations.
