I've been trying to call for a week at any time for info but the phone rings empty. I would say excellent for a city that thrives on tourism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the office were very helpful and friendly... so there is no problem from that aspect... the MAJOR issue is the location... the town council made the decision to move from a location near the harbour (where most people arrive) to a location on the outskirts of town (near a bus stop where less people arrive)... this is a very inconvenient place to access if you arrive by boat and by the time you arrive at the office, you have already seen most of the sites on the way... very short sighted decision
