★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufte mal wieder Tinte für den Drucker den ich vor kurzem in diesem Geschäft kaufte. Ich bekam zweimal eine fehlerhafte blaue Tinte. Obwohl das Problem laut Verkäufer mit dieser Tinte schon bekannt sei tauschte man sie mir aber nicht mehr aus. Ich musste meinen Drucker vorbeibringen und obwohl der Drucker mit einer anderen blauen Patrone perfekt arbeitet, im Laden lassen. Über die Feiertage.. Man brachte mir dafür einen Leihdrucker bei dem ich für jede schwarz weiss bedruckte Seite 15 Cent zahlen sollte. Ich war damit nicht einverstanden ich kann schließlich nichts dafür für die ganze Misere und ich war eh schon genervt ob der Umstände. Doch anstatt den Drucker selber im Laden mal aus zu probieren oder irgendwie eine alternative Lösung zu suchen wurde ich (vermutlich vom Geschäftsführer) auf äußerst unfreundliche Art aus dem Laden verabschiedet. Obwohl wir eigentlich schon länger Kunden waren und der nächste Laden etwas weiter von uns entfernt ist geht es ab jetzt zur Konkurrenz nach Bruneck.
Antwort: Muss nochmals hier schreiben da ich hier sonst nicht Antworten kann.
Alles ok. Das mit der durchweg defekten Charge habe ich so nicht mitbekommen. Auch verstehe ich dann erst recht nicht wieso ich meinen Drucker dann "um alles zu richten" im Laden lassen musste.
Aber egal , ich war ja selbst gestresst und habe schnell zu genervt reagiert...
Dass sie mir aus Kulanz den Druck meiner Dokumente verkaufen wollten war sicher nett gemeint danke dafür.
Aber ich darf die Dokumente jetzt andernorts um etwa die Hälfte des Preises drucken lassen also alles in Ordnung?
So wünsche auch ich schöne Weihnachten und ein paar erholsame Tage.
I just bought some ink for the printer I recently bought from this store. I got bad blue ink twice. Although, according to the seller, the problem with this ink was already known, I was no longer exchanged. I had to bring my printer over and leave it in the store even though the printer works perfectly with another blue cartridge. Over the holidays .. They brought me a printer on loan where I was supposed to pay 15 cents for each black and white printed page. I didn't agree with that, after all, I can't help it for the whole misery and I was annoyed by the circumstances anyway. But instead of trying out the printer myself in the shop or somehow looking for an alternative solution, I was (probably by the managing director) said goodbye to the shop in an extremely unfriendly way. Although we have actually been customers for a long time and the next store is a little further away, from now on we will go to the competition in Bruneck.
Answer: I have to write here again because otherwise I cannot answer here.
Everything OK. I didn't notice that with the consistently defective batch. I also don't understand why I had to leave my printer in the store "to set everything up".
But no matter, I was stressed myself and quickly reacted too annoyed ...
The fact that they wanted to sell me the print of my documents out of goodwill was certainly meant nicely, thanks for that.
But I can now have the documents printed elsewhere for about half the price, so everything is okay?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie packen Stand 2020 für 1000€ einen gtx 1660 und einen I5 9600k dazu noch ein Mainboard was völlig veraltet ist und RAM-Riegel welche auch ohne jegliche Verkleidung kommen. Der I5 bremst die Grafikkarte völlig aus. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen, besonders wenn man sich mit PCs nciht auskennt.
As of 2020 you pack a gtx 1660 and an I5 9600k for 1000 € plus a mainboard which is completely out of date and RAM bars which come without any cladding. The I5 slows down the graphics card completely. Not to be recommended, especially if you are not familiar with PCs.
