★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento molto carino e curato anche nei piccoli dettagli. Molto pulito. A soli 5 minuti di strada a piedi dal centro. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente.
 Very nice apartment with attention to small details. Very clean. Just a 5 minute walk from the center. The owner is very friendly and always available. I absolutely recommend it.

Modern eingerichtet. Sehr netter Vermieter. Kann man nur empfehlen.
Bis zum Ort ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Einziger Nachteil ist die Lage an der Durchgangsstraße des Tales. Deshalb herrscht reger Verkehr. Aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Ein kleiner Garten bietet zusätzlich Abstand zur Straße und durch eine schöne Hecke sieht man kaum Autos.
Wenn es etwas gibt ist der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und hilft aus.
Man kann mit 6 Leuten in der Wohnung übernachten. Das gute daran ist, dass selbst die, welche auf dem Ausziehsofa schlafen eine eigene kleine Toilette haben. So wird Abends oder früh morgens niemand gestört.
Wenn man beide Ferienwohnungen bucht, könnte man mit 12 Personen anreisen. Also ideal auch für größere Familien oder Urlaub mit Oma und Opa. Etc.

To the place about 10 minutes on foot.
The only disadvantage is the location on the through road of the valley. Therefore there is a lot of traffic. But the windows are well insulated. A small garden provides additional distance from the street and through a beautiful hedge you can hardly see any cars.
If there is anything, the landlord is there to help out immediately.
You can sleep in the apartment with 6 people. The good thing is that even those who sleep on the pull-out sofa have their own small toilet. So nobody is disturbed in the evening or early in the morning.
If you book both apartments, you could travel with 12 people. Also ideal for larger families or holidays with grandma and grandpa. Etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo tornati ieri. La nostra permanenza nello Chalet è stata magica. Un posto eccezionale. Pulito, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. È collocato in un punto strategico, infatti noi siamo arrivati ovunque e abbiamo visitato gran parte dell’Alto Adige partendo proprio da qui. Insonorizzato, nonostante sia collocato su una provinciale.
Quindi consigliatissimo per chiunque voglia godersi la magia dell’Alto Adige in assoluta tranquillità.
E poi Steven, il proprietario, è una persona eccezionale. Disponibile, educato, cordiale, sa come farti sentire a casa e sa come mettere i suoi ospiti a proprio agio.
Con noi lo ha fatto egregiamente, vendendo incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze.
We went back yesterday. Our stay in the Chalet was magical. An exceptional place. Clean, with attention to every detail. It is located in a strategic point, in fact we have arrived everywhere and have visited much of South Tyrol starting right from here. Soundproof, despite being placed on a provincial road.
Therefore highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the magic of South Tyrol in absolute tranquility.
And then Steven, the owner, is an exceptional person. Helpful, polite, friendly, he knows how to make you feel at home and knows how to put his guests at ease.
With us he did it very well, selling to meet all our needs.
