Da settimane aspetto una risposta ma non c'é mai nessuno che mi può dare delle informazioni utili. Sconsiglierei assolutamente questo negozio. Bad customer service. They are never reachable on the phone and when after dozens of calls someone answers they say they are not responsible. For weeks I have been waiting for an answer but there is never anyone who can give me useful information. I would definitely advise against this shop.

Spero sia un caso. Based on my personal experience: with the Italian switchboard they let the phone ring until I hung up, passing through the German one they answered me. I hope it's a coincidence.
