In un giorno li contattati 5 volte x una manutenzione urgente ,
la risposta sempre la stessa:
la ricontattera il ns tecnicno!
Dalla mattina alle 8,30 sono le 18,30 ancora aspetto una loro chiamata.
Veramente pessimi.
Really bad, as long as there are no problems everything is fine, but when a problem arises they are absent.
In one day I contacted them 5 times for urgent maintenance,
the answer is always the same:
our technician will contact you!
From 8.30 am to 6.30 pm I am still waiting for a call from them.
Really bad.
