★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Speck ist Spitze. Acht Monate gereift. Die Kaminwurzen aus Rind und Schwein schmecken super. Habe eine ganze Speckseite gekauft und in Stücken vakuumieren lassen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Preis/Leistung hervorragend!
The bacon is great. Aged for eight months. The beef and pork chimney sausages taste great. I bought a whole side of bacon and vacuumed it in pieces. Very friendly service. Price / performance excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kulinarisches Südtirol der Ahrntaler Metzgerei! Seit mehreren Jahren kaufe ich im Urlaub "Geräuchertes", Burger/Fleisch und die legendären Knödel. Vor allem, die Spinatknödel, ein Träumchen! Reisefertig in Eisbeutel verpackt, überdauert das Eis auch Fahrten im Herbst von bis zu 12 Stunden. Die Ware bleibt frisch bis zum Gefrierschrank zu Hause. Der Metzger macht das alles liebevoll fertig zum Transport. Es lohnt sich, vorher alles zu bestellen. Tausend Dank und immer gerne wieder.
Culinary South Tyrol from the Ahrntaler butcher's shop! For several years now, I've been buying smoked meats, burgers / meat and the legendary dumplings on vacation. Above all, the spinach dumplings, a dream! Packed in ice packs ready for travel, the ice can withstand journeys in autumn of up to 12 hours. The goods stay fresh at home until they reach the freezer. The butcher lovingly prepares everything for transport. It's worth ordering everything beforehand. Thanks a million and always gladly again.
