Ti scrivo in merito al numero di cellulare di mia figlia che dovrebbe cambiare domani la sim. Poichè non ha materialmente con lei la nuova sim, la vecchia scheda comunque la deve togliere perchè sarà disattivata?

Se acquisti uno smartphone e non funziona sei fregato...... Non esiste ne diritto di recesso ne tanto meno recedere dal contratto, meglio comprare sul web, sei più tutelato.
Sono bravi a farti firmare tutta la modulistica compreso il rid bancario se lo acquisti a rate ma se chiedi un telefono muletto in sostituzione ti dicono che non ne hanno.....
Chiudete e basta!!!!!

If you buy a smartphone and it doesn't work you are screwed ... There is no right of withdrawal nor withdraw from the contract, better to buy on the web, you are more protected.
