★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata vittima di una truffa. È stata regalata una scheda ad un mio familiare perché sono passata a tim per ADSL e mobile dicendo solo che è un regalo con un mese di internet gratis.
Si scopre(solo perché me ne accorgo dai movimenti sulla mia carta di credito) che era gratis il primo mese e basta, che anche se inutilizzata vengono scalati i 9.90 euro in automatico e che in più, essendoci opzioni attive su questa scheda, scalando il credito dalla scheda partiva in automatico l'autoricarica di 5 euro.la ragazza del negozio, non conosco il nome , mi ha confermato di essersi impegnata per risolvere la situazione. Tutto falso, ho risolto da sola chiamando il 119 e non so neanche se sarò rimborsata. Spero che la tim riconosca la sua beffa e la sua superficialità. Ha detto una serie di bugie per cui scriverò una pec a telecomitalia. Spero di avere risposta dal direttore.
