Il bagno è un bigliettino da visita, non ci vuole tantissimo a curare questi dettagli. Everything is fine, but the bathroom is gross. Dirty, without consumables, broken and with the door not closing. The bathroom is a business card, it doesn't take a lot to take care of these details.

Servizio veloce. Aperitivo completo davvero pieno di alternative e prezzo a dir quanto Ottimo. Ci torno spesso e volentieri ogniqualvolta passo da quelle parti. Complimenti A historic bar even if it has changed its name. Always an excellent point of reference in the square of Monopoli. Young and very nice and helpful people. Fast service. Complete aperitif really full of alternatives and price to say the least. I go back often and willingly whenever I pass over there. Congratulations

Poiché vi è affisso un cartello con scritto che per chiudere occorre pigiare un tasto, credo di non aver capito il meccanismo e chiedo alla cameriera come serrare la porta. La cameriera mi domanda “in che senso?” e, prima che io possa rispondere, passa un cameriere uomo che, senza fermarsi e senza neanche guardarmi, fa: “la porta non si chiude”, e va via. Stop. Niente scuse, niente garbo, niente educazione, niente di niente. Peraltro, dalle recensioni che leggo, non è un problema temporaneo, e difatti non vi è una serratura rotta ma proprio non esiste serratura. Uscita dalla toilette, gli ho fatto presente che non c’erano neanche carta e sapone: anche in questo caso, nessuna risposta. Spero che intervenga chi di competenza ad effettuare dei controlli, su apposita segnalazione. Per non parlare dei tavolini all’esterno letteralmente appiccicati l’uno all’altro. I go to the toilet. The waitress asks me "in what sense?" and, before I can answer, a man waiter passes by who, without stopping or even looking at me, says: "the door won't close", and goes away. Stop. No excuses, no politeness, no education, no nothing. Moreover, from the reviews I read, it is not a temporary problem, and in fact there is no broken lock but there really is no lock. Leaving the toilet, I pointed out that there was not even soap and paper: even in this case, no answer. I hope that whoever is competent to carry out checks will intervene upon specific notification. Not to mention the tables outside literally stuck to each other.
