★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pizza ever! The Valle d’Itria was awesomely delicious - the sliced prosciutto melts in your mouth.
Also the wine of the house - Chine was good.
Definitely fair prices for quality: the specials around 10 and normal around 7. Wine 10-16.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mix of classic and some extravagant pizza tastes. I really liked pizza Cloud with fresh tuna, straciatella, roasted almonds. The prices and service are also good.
The only one thing that made the experience a bit worse for us was their red wine primitivo. Point to improve: wine selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is full of trophies and I don't understand why. The dough was just ok in taste and the pizza was just avarage. The service was a disaster. First I was offered a place near the wardrobe where waiters were pulling shelves very often, then I asked about olive oil for the pizza and I the vinegar was given to me... When I told it's not olive oil they gave me this empty bottle of olive oil that you can see at the photo.
Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic pizza. Gluten free crust available. I had the regular pizza (buddy had the gluten free pizza). This is definitely the place to go if you’re in the mood for pizza in Monopoli. It is out of the historic centre (right out - not far) but definitely worthwhile.
