★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non hanno risolto il mio problema della Sim quando un altro punto Tim in meno di un minuto mi ha risolto il problema è nel pomeriggio ho di nuovo la nuova sim attiva.
Io sono andato anche in un'altro centro il giorno dopo ed ho incontrato il solito operatore che mi ha di nuovo detto che non era possibile avere la sim sostitutiva. Ma non mi sono dato per vinto alla fine un'altro centro senza minimamente pregarlo mi ha risolto il problema. Non riesco a capire come mai non hanno voluto darmi una sim sostitutiva.. Eppure anche io sono un cliente Tim. Grazie lo stesso.
 Unfortunately they didn't solve my Sim problem when another Tim point in less than a minute solved the problem and in the afternoon I have the new sim active again.
I also went to another center the next day and I met the usual operator who told me again that it was not possible to have the replacement sim. But I did not give up another center in the end without begging him to solve the problem. I can't understand why they didn't want to give me a replacement sim .. Yet I'm also a customer of Tim. Thanks anyway.

Meglio di così non si può chiedere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente pessima esperienza, non ci andrò mai più prima di scrivere questa recensione ho verificato la procedura eseguita andando a informarmi da altri 2 centri tim e anche chiamando un call center proprio per essere sicuro. Operatore non all'altezza e insicuro del proprio operato, mi ha fatto spendere il doppio di quello che dovevo spendere ATTENZIONE ⚠️
Definitely bad experience, I will never go there again before writing this review I verified the procedure performed by going to inform me from 2 other tim centers and also calling a call center just to be sure. Operator not up to par and unsure of his work, he made me spend double what I had to spend ATTENTION ⚠️
