★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sostituito qui il Tim Hub plus di nuova linea appena installato da operatore Tim ma che aveva funzionato solo 4 ore... Ho ricevuto solo qui un'assistenza pronta, cortese e competente. Hanno corretto una istallazione frettolosa, confusa e anche errata per alcune modalità. Se dovrò accettare altre offerte da Tim verrò solamente in questo negozio. Mai più online. Ancora grazie.
 I replaced here the new line Tim Hub plus just installed by Tim operator but which had only worked 4 hours ... I only received prompt, courteous and competent assistance here. They corrected a hasty, confusing and even incorrect installation for some modalities. If I have to accept other offers from Tim I will only come to this shop. Never again online. Thank you again.

on various occasions I needed their interventions and useful advice for last today, a little thing that saved me a few euros maybe in other shops they would not have advised you (indeed) as they kindly did in listening to my request and resolved immediately .. what else to say, good and thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire...complimenti al ragazzo che mi ha seguito (di cui non ricordo il nome) sia per la competenza che per la chiarezza dimostrata nella vendita del mio contratto, ma soprattutto per la calma dimostrata nel rispondere ad un cliente cafone e arrogante (scocciato dal tempo di attesa dovuto allamia vendita)...consigliato.
What can I say ... congratulations to the guy who followed me (whose name I don't remember) both for the competence and for the clarity shown in the sale of my contract, but above all for the calm shown in responding to a boorish and arrogant customer ( annoyed by the waiting time due to my sale) ... recommended.
