★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato quasi verso chiusura nel reparto Uomo la commessa è stata veramente gentilissima e cortese pur essendo presa dalle operazioni di chiusura e piegatura in quanto l'orario era veramente tardo è stata gentilissima e professionale molto paziente e mi ha seguito molto bene consigliandomi un capi diverso rispetto a quello che avevo in mente sia per taglia che per colore grazie di cuore per i tuoi consigli sei stata PREZIOSA ritornerò... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPIM da piccola mi sembrava un luna park perché era l unico con la scala mobile,e tantissime cose su ogni piano e a distanza di anni è sempre così ci trovi tutto.
UPIM as a child seemed like an amusement park to me because it was the only one with the escalator, and so many things on each floor and years later it is always like this you can find everything there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con me sono sempre stati gentili, ma è inconcepibile che nel 2022 non siano attrezzati per i disabili o per le mamme con carrozzina. Reparto bimbi al secondo piano ragion per cui spesso se accompagnati dai propri bimbi non si può proseguire se non portando tutto a mano. La scala mobile è coi gradini e non a pedana quindi inutilizzabile anche pur ingegnandosi.
Reparto bimbi spesso sfornito di taglie.
