Credo che sia importante come fanno loro improntare il rapporto sulla trasparenza e sulla soddisfazione del cliente. Il personale eccellente è molto preparato , in particolare Gemma professionale e molto disponibile nel risolvere i problemi!! Che dire passate a Tim!!
I found myself really well. Personal transparent and no additional cost all that was contracted has become my rate. I think it's important as they make their base the relationship on transparency and customer satisfaction. The excellent staff are very knowledgeable, particularly Gemma professional and very helpful in solving the problems !! What about past Tim !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace ma devo rivedere la mia valutazione nei Vostri confronti a seguito del fatto che non è corretto far perdere tempo alle persone inviandole nel negozio di via Abbagnano dove esegue le vostre stesse operazioni e non quella che mi necessitava. Ma d'altronde cosa aspettarsi da una compagnia telefonica che è in grado di aumentare una tariffa di quasi il 50%!!!!
I'm sorry but I have to review my assessment of you as a result of the fact that it is not correct to make people waste time by sending them to the shop in via Abbagnano where it carries out your same operations and not the one I needed. But on the other hand, what to expect from a telephone company that is able to increase a rate of almost 50% !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto impreparato e incompetente....non ci sono parole .....il classico esempio di come non si deve lavorare. Prima mi hanno proposto una tariffa e mi hanno fatto vedere un telefono....poi la tariffa era più alta perché nottetempo era aumentata e neanche più il telefono era quello visionato. Poi hanno sbagliato con la carta di credito....per incopetenza totale e oggi mi ritrovo con il dover pagare il telefono in un unica suzione e per giunta con una segnalazione...per "cattivo....debitore"....in 15 anni che sono in Tim mai capitato del personale peggiore. Alla scadenza cambierò anche operatore.
Very unprepared and incompetent staff .... there are no words ..... the classic example of how you shouldn't work. First they offered me a rate and they showed me a phone .... then the rate was higher because it had increased overnight and the phone was not even the one viewed. Then they made a mistake with the credit card .... due to total incompetence and today I find myself having to pay for the phone in a single suck and moreover with a signal ... for "bad .... debtor" ... .in 15 years that I have been in Tim I have never had the worst staff. At the deadline I will also change operator.
