★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco gentile mentre provavo le prime scarpine per il mio bambino commessa mi ha detto di non far camminare bimbo perché si sporcano le scarpe essendo bianche quindi non potevo vedere se le scarpe vanno bene. La prossima volta scelgo un altro negozio
 Unfriendly staff while I was trying the first shoes for my baby shop assistant told me not to let baby walk because they get dirty shoes because they are white so I could not see if the shoes are good. Next time I choose another store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ideale per acquistare il primo passeggino. Personale preparato e disponibile a spiegare tutti i dettagli e ad accompagnare all'acquisto dall'inizio alla fine. Differenza importante da altri negozi multibrand, dove si trovano prodotti Chicco (ad esempio Sme), nei quali le spiegazioni sono pressocché nulle. Su acquisti significativi sia a livello sentimentale che economico, il servizio fa sicuramente la differenza.
Ideal shop to buy the first stroller. Staff prepared and available to explain all the details and to accompany the purchase from the beginning to the end. An important difference from other multi-brand stores, where Chicco products (such as SME) are found, in which the explanations are almost nil. On significant purchases both sentimentally and economically, the service certainly makes the difference.

Un grazie di cuore al personale di questo negozio che ci ha seguiti nella nostra prima gravidanza dandoci preziosi consigli e guidandoci passo passo in ogni acquisto! Sono entrata spaesata e ne sono uscita ricca! Le ragazze sono state tutte davvero competenti e soprattutto gentili e disponibili! Queste qualità devono essere premiate! Mio marito ed io abbiamo passato ore all’interno del negozio e siamo sempre stati accompagnati e guidati al meglio! Non so come avrei fatto senza di loro! Se ho e avrò bisogno di qualcosa andrò lì.. perché già so che troverò un personale qualificato del quale fidarmi! Grazie ragazze!
If there were more stars I would give them! A heartfelt thanks to the staff at this store that has followed us in our first pregnancy giving us valuable advice and guiding us step by step in every purchase! They are disoriented input and output are rich! The girls were all very competent and above all friendly and helpful! These qualities should be rewarded! My husband and I spent hours in the store and we were always accompanied and guided to the fullest! I do not know how I would have done without them! If I need something, and I will go there .. because I already know that I will find a qualified staff whose trust! Thanks girls!

Mi hanno risposto... Un attimo arriviamo e tutte sono andate negli spogliatoi lasciando il negozio senza nessuno.
Sono uscita senza acquistare.
Trovo assurdo questo comportamento.
Unprofessional staff. I asked for information on a product and 3 panicked sales staff to solve their logistics problem.
They replied ... A moment we arrive and they all went to the locker room leaving the shop without anyone.
I went out without buying.
I find this behavior absurd.
