Sarebbero 5 stelle, ma sono rimasta molto delusa dalla gestione della lista nascita: non mi sono state date tutte le informazioni utili subito e per acquistare un articolo devi andare per forza in negozio. Friendly and competent staff and quality merchandise at great prices. It would be 5 stars, but I was very disappointed with the management of the birth list: I was not given all the useful information immediately and to buy an item you have to go to the store.

Scortese, altezzoso e molto poco empatico con il cliente. Non tutte le commesse, ma la maggior parte davvero fanno il loro lavoro con pochissima voglia e meno male che è un negozio per bambini!!!!! Usually I never write negative reviews, but since it is not the first time that I go "just for necessity and convenience" to this store, I feel like saying: choose the staff a little better! Rude, haughty and very little empathetic with the customer. Not all the orders, but most of them really do their job with very little desire and thank goodness it's a shop for children !!!!!

Chiamati più volte per chiedere aiuto, le abbiamo trovate in cassa a chiacchierare. Non mi è mai capitato di essere trattata così male e ricevere risposte così maleducate. Non-existent, unprepared, rude staff. They didn't even look us in the face as they talked to us. Answers in monosyllables, as if we were annoying. Called several times for help, we found them chatting at the cashier. I have never been treated so badly and received such rude answers.

Offerta su mutandini huggies e pampers e nessuno la taglia 5 era esaurita in entrambe le marche, alla richiesta se ne arrivavano altri c'è stato il secco quello che c'è è esposto... per fortuna parte del personale è un pò più gentile Always excellent products at good prices, it is a pity that often the assortment of products on offer is very scarce. Ogni volta ci sono problemi in cassa, nessuno sa risolverli e si mostrano anche infastidite. Assurdo! Ringraziate di avere qualcuno che vi abbia assunto. Per non parlare della responsabile di negozio, empatica pari a zero(in un negozio per bambini mi pare giusto…). To say that the staff level is low is like paying you a compliment. Every time there are problems in the cashier, nobody knows how to solve them and they are also annoyed. Absurd! Thank you for having someone who hired you. Not to mention the shop manager, zero empathic (in a children's shop it seems right…).
