Purtroppo aveva un difetto che si è mostrato dopo poco e contattandoli mi hanno risposto velocemente e me lo hanno fatto nuovo da zero. Mi hanno contattato quando la domanda per farlo nuovo era stata accettata e anche quando il prodotto è stato consegnato e quindi era pronto. Personale molto gentile, soprattutto le ragazze della reception. Tornerò a fare acquisti in futuro I bought a mattress this summer, delivery times perfectly respected. Unfortunately he had a defect that showed up shortly after and by contacting them they replied quickly and made it to me again from scratch. They contacted me when the application to do it again was accepted and also when the product was delivered and therefore it was ready. Very nice staff, especially the reception ladies. I will be back to shop in the future

Mi è stato consegnato difettoso sia la prima volta che la seconda, dopo altri 2 mesi e mezzo di attesa e l'ingombro della merce difettosa in casa. Preciso che entrambe le volte si è trattato di difetti strutturali che rendono impossibile da montare l'armadio, non di difetti estetici. I bought a wardrobe 4 months ago. It was delivered to me defective both the first and second time, after another 2 and a half months of waiting and the clutter of the defective goods in the house. Servizio clienti deve esser migliorato The first time I went for a kitchen quote I was also quite happy, but when I came back for confirmation we changed the model and they calculated a higher price, we came back to dispute and we waited an hour and a half ... of course we were right in the end but they didn't apologize. Customer service needs to be improved

Giovanni ed ai suoi preziosi consigli, abbiamo scoperto che al negozio di Padova puoi rivolgerti con fiducia assoluta, sia che tu debba acquistare un chiodo o arredare completamente la casa. La deferenza ed il rispetto con cui vieni accolto e gestito non ha paragoni. I prezzi sono commisurati alla qualità dei prodotti venduti, pertanto se la vostra unica preoccupazione è con quanti soldi rientrerete a casa, …beh, vale la pena di valutare anche questo aspetto, perché la buona volontà di offrire uno sconto o un trattamento di riguardo c’è sempre. E se proprio non ci fosse la possibilità… comunque il rapporto prezzo/qualità è incredibilmente vantaggioso.
