Accetto ovviamente e mi tolgo il cappello, istintivamente mi sposto indietro visto il suo movimento brusco... Mi apostrofa dicendo se si muove stiamo qui fino a domani... Al secondo tentativo sto immobile e di fatto mi tocca... Non dice nulla e se ne va. Acquisto e me ne vado senza proferire parola. Ho anche la tessera ma qui non ci tornerò più anche se la commessa è stata professionale e gentile. Sono offeso e se posso suggerisco un lavoro diverso a questo addetto e sicuramente non di contatto clienti... Non si toccano i clienti e non si trattano male. Per fortuna che ci sono ancora persone che amano il proprio lavoro. Dopo un'ora e un quarto di attesa per avere qualche informazione per un passeggino scopriamo che i famosi articoli scontati hanno qualche difetto e te li propongono scontati per quello. Chiediamo un'alternativa e veniamo di nuovo letteralmente abbandonati per tornare a gestire il cliente di prima in cassa. Chiediamo un appuntamento per l'indomani ma niente. Da non ritornarci. The Gallarate office deserves only 1 star, zero customer attention. Si può trovare di tutto per l'infanzia con tantissime offerte, i prezzi sono nella media per la tipologia di negozio ma c'è sempre un buon risparmio a differenza dei supermercati con il vantaggio di avere una vasta scelta e molte offerte. Ampio parcheggio il negozio e accessibile a tutti .lo consiglio per chi ha necessità di fare scorta di alimentazione per l'infanzia avendo un notevole sconto su omogenizzati o pappine. Peccato perché per articoli e dimensioni il negozio ha un ottima potenzialità. Il negozio di trova al piano superiore dello stabile accedendo tramite rampa con la propria vettura.
