★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di intimo e vestiario molto fornito per avere una metratura sacrificata. Le commesse sono gentili ed il punto vendita è ordinato. I prodotti sono buoni e a buon prezzo.
Intimate and clothing store well stocked to have a sacrificed square footage. The orders are kind and the store is neat. The products are good and well priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusissima...ho sempre acquistato tantissimi capi intimi e non...ma ho avuto oggi l' amara sorpresa..in un cambio di un capo che costava 12.99 mi sono ritrovata un buono sconto( soldi non ne restituiscono)praticamente della meta' dell' importo perche' nel frattempo sono iniziati i saldi...ma il mio acquisto era di 12.99 euro..il rimborso con la restituzione del capo non dovrebbe essere della stessa cifra? Le commesse gentili ma non tornero' mai piu' in questo negozio..nello stesso centro c'e' intimissimi...andro' di la'!!!!
Delusissima ... I have always bought many intimate garments and not ... but today I had the bitter surprise .. in a change of a garment that cost 12.99 I found myself a discount coupon (money does not return) practically half of it of the amount because in the meantime the balances have begun ... but my purchase was of 12.99 euro .. the reimbursement with the restitution of the head should not be of the same figure? The kind orders but I will never go back to this shop ... in the same center there are very intimate ... I will go there !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo esempio di customer care: mi hanno fatto il reso di un prodotto di intimo difettoso. Ringrazio la commessa Michela, che ha gestito con solerzia la mia "pratica", e il/la Area Manager per aver avallato la richiesta.
Di contro, il servizio online della Tezenis, che risponde a [email protected], nonostante avesse ben 4 foto di scontrino e prodotto difettoso, è stato completamente latitante e non ha più risposto. Negozio Tezenis di Gallarate batte servizio online 2 a 0!
Great example of customer care: they returned a defective underwear product to me. I thank the saleswoman Michela, who managed my "file" with diligence, and the Area Manager for having approved the request.
On the other hand, the Tezenis online service, which replies to [email protected], despite having 4 photos of the receipt and defective product, was completely on the run and never replied. Tezenis shop in Gallarate beats online service 2 to 0!

Commesse gentilissime e sempre pronte ad aiutarti senza però essere invadenti come spesso accade.
