Dopo aver saputo che il negozio stava liquidando tutto pensavo chiudesse e invece con grande sorpresa, non solo ho ritrovato l'erboristeria ancora in attività, ma anche Giuditta! Assolutamente consigliata! I returned a few days ago from Herbaviva and as always I have to thank Ms. Giuditta for her advice, her patience and competence. After knowing that the shop was liquidating everything I thought it would close and instead with great surprise, not only did I find the herbalist still in business, but also Giuditta! Absolutely recommended!

I prodotti che mi sono stati consigliati hanno avuto l'effetto sperato e di sicuro tornerò a comprarli. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e ci ritornerò di sicuro. Lo consiglio vivamente. I had read some reviews and I was a bit skeptical about the store but I decided to go there anyway and I completely changed my mind about everything. Very well stocked store with a wide range of excellent products the staff immediately took care of me with kindness and availability advising the right products to deal with my problem. I was very satisfied and I will return for sure. I highly recommend it.

In modo frettoloso e sgarbato mi serviva, anche se il più delle volte non aveva i prodotti che cercavo, mi diceva di passare un'altra altra volta che sarebbero arrivati la settimana successiva. Se uno passa per 3 volte e il prodotto manca, non serve prendere in giro il cliente. Gli si dice subito la verità. Poca professionalità e rispetto nei riguardi della clientela, che non è ritardata!!! Sono passata in settimana e ho trovato il negozio luminoso, rinnovato con tante cose nuove in previsione del Natale, da mettere sotto l'albero. Si presenta pulito, ordinato.ho trovato come commessa la signora anziana, che come al solito,non avendo in casa il prodotto specifico, mi voleva rifilare qualcos'altro! Dopo aver comprato un altra cosa, le ho chiesto confezione regalo e come sempre, quando c'è lei purtroppo, viene fuori un disastro. È incompetente nel fare i pacchetti. Tanto che, mi sono vergognata dell'operato, fatto in malo modo e sbrigativo, che ho dovuto rifarmelo a casa, per non fare brutta figura con la festeggiata!!! Impressione molto positiva sia per la cura del locale sia per la professionalità del personale! Il negozio è molto fornito, infatti ho trovato tutto quello che cercavo. Ho acquistato i prodotti della linea Verattiva, da anni uso le creme viso e corpo di questa linea e non la cambierei per niente al mondo! Il sapone detergente delicato e’ un toccasana per la mia pelle molto delicata! Tornerò molto presto per acquistare altro e comprare i regali di Natale! L'erboristeria è ben fornita tutto l'anno, se manca qualcosa te lo procurano. Peccato che non ci sia più nell'organico la commessa gentile, preparata, disponile che faceva dei bellissimi pacchetti pieni di fiocchi. The shop with the new styling of the new owner is really nice and inviting to enter. There are so many beautiful things. The herbalist's shop is well stocked all year round, if something is missing they'll get it for you. Too bad that there is no longer the kind, prepared saleswoman in the staff who made beautiful packages full of bows.
