S	Simona Pugliese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mi sono arrivari gli occhiali una parte era deformata, ho fatto notare questo dettaglio e mi hanno detto che avrebbero riparato, hanno cercato dunque di modificarli ma per poter far stare ferma la lente gli hanno inserito un pezzo di plastica infatti settimane dopo la lente si è staccata perdendo il pezzo di plastica la lente non riusciva a stare ferma, ho chiesto di avere lo stesso paio di occhiali in garanzia e ho aspettato più di un mese per averli. When the glasses came to me, one part was deformed, I pointed out this detail and they told me that they would repair it, so they tried to modify them but in order to make the lens stand still they inserted a piece of plastic in fact weeks later the lens it was detached losing the piece of plastic the lens could not stand still, I asked to have the same pair of glasses in warranty and I waited more than a month to get them.

ANCORA COMPLIMENTI ALLA GESTIONE e alla professionalità della commessa che mi ha accompagnato dall'inizio fino alla scelta degli accessori come il portaocchiali ... Super pulito.... ogni occhiale che viene provato viene messo da parte per poi essere igienizzante.... Assorted shop, super qualified staff, but above all kind and helpful ... Alla visita le diottrie sono cambiate e mi convinco a cambiare la montatura! Indosso i nuovi occhiali...non vedo benissimo...penso che devo abituarmi...passa una settimana la stessa cosa...morale della favola: mettendo gli occhiali "vecchi" vedevo bene , con quelli nuovi no! Pur di vendere sono dispositi a inventare che qualcosa non va! Alla faccia del rispetto per il cliente e dell'onesta! I state that I bought a pair of glasses last year! I think I have to get used to it ... the same thing spends a week ... moral of the story: putting on the "old" glasses I could see well, with the new ones no! In order to sell they are willing to invent that something is wrong! So much for respect for the customer and honesty!
